Llantwit Major is a town steeped in history, with plenty of independent shops and a great range of eateries. 2.5 miles away, you'll find Llantwit Major Beach, located along the famous Glamorgan Heritage Coast. This area is renowned for its Jurassic fossils, towering cliffs, and hidden coves, making it an excellent destination for beachcombing, surfing, and coastal walks all year round. Head to the nearby market town of Cowbridge (5 miles), where you can wander through its boutique shops or enjoy a relaxing afternoon at one of its many cafes. Alternatively, venture 20 miles to Cardiff, the vibrant capital of Wales, where you can explore Cardiff Castle and enjoy the shopping and dining scene.
Step into the welcoming hallway and kick off your shoes as you enter this charming retreat. Straight ahead, the well-appointed galley kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, while to the right, the cosy lounge/diner invites you to relax with its comfortable sofa seating, Smart TV, and crackling wood burner — the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Back down the hallway, the first bedroom is the master double. Next, you’ll find another double bedroom, followed by a cheerful twin room — all furnished with plush pillows and luxurious linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. At the end of the hallway is a writing desk for those who need to catch up on work, as well as a well-appointed family bathroom with both a shower over the bath and a walk-in shower for comfort and convenience.
Outside, the beautifully maintained lawned garden is a peaceful setting, with dining furniture for al fresco meals and a bench to enjoy a quiet morning coffee while soaking in the serene atmosphere. For added convenience, there’s gated parking for two cars, ensuring a stress-free stay.
