> Kitchen: Connected to the living-dining area, it is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, fridge, toaster, and all necessary dishes and utensils to enjoy a good meal.
> Bedrooms: Three spacious bedrooms, with a 180x200 cm bed, two 90x200 cm beds pushed together, and two individual 90x190 cm beds. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. One of them includes a desk, ideal if you need to work during your stay.
> Enclosed Balcony: Overlooking the garden and furnished with an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy a relaxing moment.
> Bathrooms: The apartment has 2 bathrooms. One features a walk-in shower with a floor-to-ceiling glass screen, toilet, bidet, and a sink with mirror. The second bathroom also has a walk-in shower with a floor-to-ceiling glass screen, toilet, and a sink with a mirror.
You’ll also have access to a separate laundry room with a washing machine for use during your stay, as well as central heating, an iron, a vacuum cleaner, and a hairdryer.

A €500 deposit must be paid 3 days before the check-in date and it’s returned 3 days after the check-out date.
*We will be waiting for you to hand over the keys. Check-in is available from 5 PM to 9 PM. After 9 PM, an additional charge of €40 applies until 11 PM, and €60 until midnight. For check-in outside this schedule, please contact us for availability and pricing. Kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your estimated arrival time to ensure someone is there to welcome you. A delay of more than one hour from the scheduled arrival time will incur a €25 surcharge.
* We do not accept teenage groups or underage guests without adult supervision. The minimum age to book is 25 years old.
*Bed linens and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests booked. Additional towels are available at an extra cost. We do not provide beach towels.
*Airport transfer available upon request – please inquire about availability and costs.
*The swimming pool is open only for certain months of the year (usually from May to October). Please confirm pool availability for your selected dates. Due to the drought, pool opening dates may be subject to change.
*Your stay includes a basic final cleaning. If the apartment is excessively dirty, an extra charge of €24.20 per hour will apply.
