The apartment consists of:
• 2 bright bedrooms: One is furnished with a standard double bed and large, sunlit windows. The second features a comfortable sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed when needed, with access to a private balcony overlooking the main street—perfect for relaxing moments. Both rooms are equipped with a three-door wardrobe and chest of drawers for convenient storage. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
• A bright living room with a modern open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances and cooking utensils. The living area features a French door leading to the balcony, a smart TV with a NETFLIX subscription, and air conditioning.
• A bathroom with a shower box and all essential sanitary fixtures. It also includes a new washing machine, laundry detergent, drying rack, clothespins, hand soap, shower gel, toilet paper, and a complimentary guest set. You’ll also find an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

The apartment has been recently renovated and is located in a quiet yet strategic area. Within walking distance, you’ll find Florence’s most iconic attractions:

GUEST ACCESS:
You will have access to the entire apartment after completing an in-person check-in, where you’ll meet Jim or Valentina. The apartment is located on the third floor and is conveniently served by an elevator.

To ensure the best stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to take note of the following:
• Guests are required to present a valid ID before or during the in-person check-in, for registration with the Italian public security authorities;
• Please respect the apartment and the neighbors living in the building;
• Pets are not allowed;
• Please avoid loud noise after 10:00 PM;
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment (a penalty will apply).
