The Space:
The villa spans multiple levels, thoughtfully designed to combine privacy and communal living. The entrance level features an open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom, and access to a shaded terrace with uninterrupted sea views. The outdoor dining area seats twelve and is conveniently accessible from the kitchen. On the first floor is the master bedroom, complete with a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, private balcony, and stunning views. The basement level includes two queen bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and a shared corridor lounge area. This level also has an independent entrance for added privacy. Additionally, a separate guest room on the lower level includes its own entrance and private bathroom, offering a secluded retreat within the property.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire villa and all its facilities. This includes the private swimming pool (heating available upon request), shaded outdoor dining area, lounging pergola, and sea-view terraces. Daily maid service is included, with linens changed twice weekly and towels changed daily. On-site parking for two vehicles is available, and the villa is easily accessible by car.

The Neighborhood:
Located seafront at Kalo Livadi, the villa is perfectly situated for beach lovers. Kalo Livadi Beach is just 50 meters away, with other beaches like Loulos, Agia Anna, Kalafatis, Lia, and Elia within close proximity. The area offers a peaceful setting while still being conveniently located near the island's most popular spots.

Getting Around:
The villa is 10 km from both Mykonos Town and the main port, and 11 km from Mykonos Airport. Renting a car is recommended for exploring the island, and transfer services can be arranged upon request.

Other Things to Note:
Pets and children are welcome, but please inquire in advance. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Events, weddings, and special celebrations can be hosted upon request. Proof of identification and passport are required for check-in. A security deposit is required, and all bookings are final and non-refundable. A wide range of additional services are available upon request, including chef services, massages, yoga sessions, personal training, car rentals, VIP protection, and more.

Government Climate Resilient Tax 15€ / per day is excluded from the above rates and is payable directly upon check in.
