Guest Access:
Your stay comes with complete flexibility! Check-in starts at 4 pm, and you'll access the apartment via a secure lockbox located inside the mailbox at the building’s main entrance. Wi-Fi is included and available throughout the apartment for your convenience.

Set in the residential yet central Seebach area of Zurich, this apartment gives you the best of both worlds — peaceful surroundings with excellent access to the heart of the city. Within walking distance, you'll find cozy cafés, grocery stores, and local bakeries. Nearby Oerlikon offers great shopping, the Hallenstadion event venue, and the Theater 11 performance space, perfect for those interested in cultural activities.

Getting Around:
Walking:
Seebach tram stop is only a 5-minute walk away. Grocery stores and cafés are also reachable within a 5–10 minute walk from the apartment.

Trails & Outdoor Activities:
If you're in the mood for nature, you’re close to the beautiful Katzensee area, ideal for walking, biking, and relaxing by the water during warmer months.

Public Transport:
Trams 10 and 11 will take you directly to Zurich Main Station and Zurich Airport.
From Seebach station, you’re about 15–20 minutes from Zurich city center.
Oerlikon train station is nearby, offering additional rail connections across Switzerland.

Driving/Parking:
There is no free or designated parking available at the property. Nearby public street parking is available, typically at CHF 2–4 per hour, with overnight restrictions. A public garage is also available in Oerlikon, but rates may reach CHF 30–35/day. Due to limited parking options, public transportation is highly recommended.
