The exteriors of the villa opens in 4 -acre and surround the entire property the garden is full of vegetation, with flower and stunning palm trees, guests will enjoy the use of the private infinity swimming pool with salt water which measure 14x6 mt. and is front sea, it is equipped with elegant sun lounges; there is also external shower and bathroom; there is a covered patio close to the pool equipped with large dining table and BBQ where to organize al fresco meals as well.

The interiors of La Mer covers over 520 square meters and develops in 3 levels, elegantly furnished in order to offer the most comfortable stay to its guests. The Ground floor opens to a large and very bright living room with sofas, tea table, flat screen TV and wine fridge; a dining table and fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed, complete the floor two master bedrooms each with a double bed and private bathroom with shower, and an additional guest WC as well.
On the lower floor there are two additional double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one small bedroom for auxiliary staff and WC, kitchenette with fridge, a bedroom with two single beds (for children) and one sofa bed, a laundry room and wine cellar.
The upper floor has one additional kitchen, living area with sofa, two double bedrooms with private bathroom wish shower and one additional guest WC.
The villa has all amenities needed, fully air conditioned, some bedrooms have ceiling fans, there is Internet wifi, washing machine and dishwasher, Private parking, BBQ, mosquitos nets, maid service.

the villa is Walking distance to the sandy beach of Tsoukalia, the closest town is Marmara 3.6 km; Paroikia is 14km, where is the main port of the Island; Paros Airport 24 Km.

Rental Rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Check-in time: 16:00; Check-out time: 11:00
Minimum Stay Policy: 5 nights

A refundable security deposit (20% of the rental price), has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages
