Lovely home in a semi-detached building in a part of a small hamlet called Vettica, which is only 3.5 km from the center of Amalfi, easily reachable by the public transportation. The house offers amazing views of the greenery hills with wide views over the blue sea and the surrounding countryside of lemon groves and vineyards
The area is delightful, with many small hamlets, churches and other places of historic interest to discover.
Thanks to the bus service which connect all the coast towns a car is not really necessary in this rental property, the bus stop SITA is close to the apartment (which includes 88 stone steps). However, is possible to reserve a private parking, if requested in advance, at the edge of the town (20 euro per day, valet service included).

Interior description:
The house is about 80 sq.m. inside and include also a 30 sq.m of terrace.
It is on two floors totally restored using modern style and services such as Internet wifi, air conditioning, Tv sat. in order to guarantee to its guests a very comfortable and peaceful holiday!
A corridor lead into the very large and bright living area with sofas and dining table all windows are facing the blue sea! From one side of the living there is the access to the fully equipped modern kitchen, which feature electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, American coffee maker, fridge and freezer. From the kitchen 10 steps lead to one bathroom with shower, and to the wonderful terrace which is partially shaded and equipped with table Charis barbecue and sun lunges were to enjoy the magnificent view of the blue sea and Amalfi Coast.
From the other side of the living room by climbing 10 steps guests reach the bedrooms are, which feature a master double bedroom, which has also a direct access to a terrace with table and chair and wonderful sea view;
The second bedroom has twin beds, the third bedroom has a French bed.
In the corridor is present the second bathroom with shower.
Access: There are 88 stone steps from the street level to the main entrance of the building which gives access onto an internal courtyard.
From the small yard, approx. 25 more steps take to the front door of the apartment.

The centre of Amalfi is 3,5 kms e away and provides for all essentials (cafes, very well-known restaurants, food shops, banks, post office, etc)
Here there is also the quay to board ferries or rent boats to visit the coast from the sea and reach Positano, Capri, Sorrento, Ischia, Naples and Salerno.
SITA Bus stop to Amalfi town centre, Positano and Sorrento is near the steps leading to the house.

Rental Rules:
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation. The balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival. Minimum stay: 3-4 nights arrival day flexible.
