This beautiful Villa is just a short drive from the charming and popular villages of Valbonne and Opio and a 30 minute drive to the beaches of Antibes and Cannes.
With 4 spacious bedrooms within the villa and a very pretty self studio next to the swimming pool it is an ideal base to relax and enjoy the wonderful French Riviera. On the ground floor and entrance level there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining room with attached snug. These lovely spaces open out onto the garden terrace with dining and lounge seating outside overlooking the swimming pool. There are 4 bedrooms within the main villa, 1 of these bedrooms has twin beds. There are 3 main bathrooms in the main villa 2 with baths and the third shower. The master bedroom comes with separate en suite and dressing area and Tropezien terrace. The garden pool house is a self contained guest house with bedroom, shower bathroom and small kitchenette. Opio is a very residential area close to the well known and charming village of Valbonne. The area is quiet and green close to village markets, bakeries and supermarkets, restaurants and the coast yet still located in a peaceful residential spot
