Vår Montebello 1400 kvadratmeter, hörnet stadshus är i en av Whistlers främsta lyxutveckling i Village North-delen av Whistler. Det är inom 10 minuters promenad till Whistler Village med en livsmedelsbutik / spritaffär, bra shopping och restauranger. Det är en 2-3 minuters resa med buss eller bil till basen i Whistler eller Blackcomb Mountains. Dalscykel / vandringsled går bredvid Montebello och ger tillgång till golf, sjöar, vandring och mountainbikespår.

Våra 3 sovrum, 3 badrum stadsbostad har en king size-säng i sovrummet, 2 enkelsängar i det andra sovrummet, en queen size-säng i det tredje sovrummet och en utdragbar bäddsoffa i loungen. Vardagsrummet är ett ljust öppet område med ett 25 fot välvt tak, har en eldstad i älven och öppnar mot en privat uteplats med en ny badtunna. Gourmetköket har bänkskivor i granit, vitvaror i rostfritt stål och golvvärme. Det finns också en tvättmaskin / torktumlare i svit, gratis trådlöst internet, TV i varje sovrum och lounge, en fasttelefon för lokala samtal, Bose-högtalare, garage för en bil, grill och luftkonditionering under sommarmånaderna.

Summer Fun

We stayed during a heat wave....thankfully we had booked air con just in case this happened. With the cold spring I wondered if we would need it?! We did. The only complaint was the AC was a bit older than a lot of the other units in the strata and thus struggled to keep up. The condo was very warm when we arrived and took awhile to get cool. And the AC unit was quite noisy. The stay was lovely, the kitchen fully equipped. Everything you need for a great stay. We liked being just a bit removed from the village as it is a bit quieter.

Disappointing

The location was terrific, we loved being able to bike from the condo and walk into the village. The neighborhood complex was lovely, well kept, welcoming & quiet. The condo however was disappointing, it was in desperate need of a deep clean, the carpets & living room rug were dingy, many of the kitchen pots, pans & utensils needed to be cleaned before using, the showers were gross, some of the sheets had stains on them, the towels were rough and everything smelled like stinky laundry detergent. There was visible water damage & black mold in the bathrooms, I am sensitive to mold & chemicals & this condo very much triggered me. We paid a lot of money per night for this place & were disappointed, we would not stay here again.

Near the mountains and the village

Fantastic place in a quiet location, but still close to everything

Loved our stay. Roomy and well appointed condo close to all the action of the village, but far enough away to be quiet. Definitely would recommend!

Great time in Whistler

Our family of 6 had a great trip to Whistler. The house was super close to the mountain, clean and provided plenty of space for us all. Hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. Karyn was very responsive for any questions we had. Check in and out was easy. Highly recommend!

Spacious property in great location for all of Whistler Blackcomb's attractions

We stayed as a family on our first summer time visit to Whistler. The property is in a great location - 15 mins walk to Whistler Village and Blackcomb gondolas giving our teens a lot of independence. There's loads of space and our host Karyn was helpful and responsive throughout.

Great location in Whistler

The property is in a peaceful residential development, about 10 minutes walking distance from town. The unit itself is similar to the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped. We found the dryer full of linens when we arrived and filters were dirty. The property manager did text us to explain that the housekeeping crew had forgotten to take them out. That can happen but the grimy filters were not pleasant. There are several things that need to be addressed to make this place perfect: The TVs are big and nice but the instructions are complex or insufficient to operate them. It took too much trial and error to get one to work... Also several controls had dead batteries... then we tried to use the jacuzzi but the temperature control did not work and we could not increase the temperature therefore we could not use it... The master room bed itself is not very comfortable and should be upgraded. Finally the towels are old and scratchy... we had to use the jacuzzi towels which were much better. Fixing these simple things would really make a difference, otherwise the unit and location are great. The property manager was responsive but I did not feel like she went the extra mile to help. I was referred to the instruction manual which is not very detailed and there was no follow up...

Cozy modern and clean

We had a wonderful stay here. We found eveerything exactly as described by the host. We couldn't find a way to heat up the hot tub for the second night so we did not end up using it as it'd become lukewarm. Overall highly recommended!

Montebello stay

We loved staying in Montebello as its location couldn’t be better. It’s just a short walk to the Village. The unit is very comfortable with a modern vibe. We would highly recommend booking here.

Awesome Get Away

Great accommodations, location, and well supplied kitchen with quality dish-ware, knives, pots / pans, etc. The heater floors where wonderful, and the private hot - tub was nice after a day of skiing.
