Välkommen till Pasa Tiempo :-)

Brand New konstruktion. Detta hem var ett kärlekskärl för Wendy och I. Uppmärksamhet på varje detalj ansågs integrera detta unika hem med miljön. Det finns en docka bakom fastigheten men det är mager vatten och skiffland, perfekt för kajakpaddling (2 finns) och SUP. Bara några minuter till backlandet eller de mindre kända revet på Atlanten där det finns bra djuphavsfiske eller snorkling och spjutfiske.

Detta åttkantiga hemmet är helt "öppet koncept" som är utformat för att du kan suga i vattnet och låta världens stress rulla bort. Smakfullt inrett med lokal konst och några "internationella" tillägg som vi samlade på våra resor, inklusive glasfisk från Kiev Ukraina och Murano ljuspendlar från Venedig. Detta är en omvänd planlösning där det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet ligger på övervåningen och befälhavaren och gästrummen ligger på sin egen våning. Varje svit har eget badrum.

Det finns en lansering rätt vid huset. Du kan stänk en liten båt där eller det finns flera större ramper i närheten.

Observera, detta hem har mycket höga balkonger med kabelreling med utsikt över vattnet. Man måste ta SÄRSKILDHANDLING med barn eller någon som behöver extra uppmärksamhet. Även hemmet kanske inte är lämpligt för mindre barn eller äldre på grund av trappor, räcken och överhäng.

Tyvärr - inga husdjur och ingen rökare tillåtet.

Near the Action but not in it :-)

Beautiful home with stunning sunset views. The wrap around decks provided views of the entire waterfront. This house had everything we needed for a fantastic month in the keys. The kitchen was a joy to prepare our own "catch of the day." The beds were comfortable. We kayaked in the mornings and enjoyed easy access to Key West proper for all activities. The neighborhood is quiet. Best of both worlds!

Very nice!

Thought the house was very nice, ocean right outside the back door of the house. Drive to store, or any place to eat was about 15-25 min drive, but was doable.

Lovely stay in the Lower Keys

Home was just as described, great location for exploring the Lower Keys, still close enough to enjoy Duval St. and Key West yet a quiet retreat from the madness. Larry and Wendy were great to work with, quick and easy communication, and accommodating to our travel plans. It is a very clean, comfortable home with beautiful views. Well stocked with the basics and a full kitchen for the nights we felt like eating in. Our group enjoyed the kayaks and access to the water. One suggestion from the group was that bicycles would have been nice to explore the neighborhood. The houses are close together in the neighborhood, yet the home felt private. There were sounds of construction throughout the stay from neighboring homes, but to be expected during the ongoing recovery. Did not impact our stay significantly, but could be bothersome to some visitors. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Pasa Tiempo and would be very happy to stay again if we require the same arrangements in the future! (Great for 2 couples and a 5th)

The Best of Both Worlds!!

Pasa Tiempo is absolutely the perfect Keys getaway! It offers the ideal combination of peaceful sunsets over the water and ready access to the excitement of Key West! This was our 4th Keys vacation rental in the past 5 years, and Pasa Tiempo is exactly what my wife and I have been searching for. It is new, stylish, comfortable, and the views are fantastic from virtually any location in the home. We visited with another couple this year, and the guest rooms are private with their own baths while the shared living/kitchen area is bright and spacious. The beds and furniture are all like new and very comfortable, while the kitchen appliances were all in great working order with an abundance of cookware, utensils and place settings available. We enjoyed home prepared meals and drinks some evenings, but also made the quick 15 minute drive into Key West to eat out and enjoy the nightlife. Larry and Wendy were great to work with throughout the process communicating frequently, offering great advice and clear instructions for the use of the home. The posted pictures very accurately represent all aspects of the home, though they can't do justice to the spaciousness of the living area or the beautiful views. After searching up and down the Keys for our ideal location, we plan to make Pasa Tiempo our annual destination!

After years of searching for the right spot we finally found the perfect lot to construct our dream vacation home. We love Key West and crave everything about the water. When we tear away from our favorite oceanfront home will still find ourselves vacationing by the sea. We’ve been blessed with VRBO friends around the world and are excited about sharing this rare property with select folks in the VRBO community

Varför värden valde detta boende

West facing (i.e. sunset) open water views are extremely rare in the keys, but it was at the top of our list. We looked at property for 5 years and after walking on this little slice of paradise we immediately fell in love with the views. Our offer was accepted that day and we immediately began a 3 year custom building project.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Just a note, this property is all about enjoying the beauty of the area. We have high speed (500mb/sec) Internet and no cable but other than a 60" flatscreen in the great room and a "smart tv" in the master, there are no other TV's. Of course you can download a movie , or bring your Roku / Chromecast / Apple device - or just use your computer anywhere on the property (or in a provided hammock by the water). Once a rental is confirmed we have interactive maps of local places, tips and tricks we share with our limited guests.

Also Note: We highly recommend a car for this area.
