Family reunion

We had 23 people at this house and the house next door. Since all but one in our family were adults, everyone wanted a real bed. The two houses suited our group perfectly. The homes were clean. They were big enough that those that needed quiet space to work or otherwise were able to find it. The property manager was responsive regarding questions and one issue that arose. Considering the size of our group, the two houses were perfect and comparatively affordable.

Great experience

The property was perfect for 10 guests. The pool was great. It was already heated and could be extra heated. The property manager was extremely responsive-immediately responded to texts. Overall great experience.

Very nice property to stay in Scottsdale

We had a friend and family reunion and stayed in the property. Few days before our check-in, details instructions came about the check-in and check-out process. Check-in was smooth, property well maintained and clean, Kitchen very well organized with lot of utensils. Will recommend to friends.

Family reunion & birthday

Place was large, larger than photos portrayed. Great layout and great pool. Location was convenient and neighborhood quiet on a cul-de- sac. Only drawback was ice maker did not work and no dishwasher detergent. Otherwise a wise choice for a family gathering 😀

Perfect Scottsdale Stay!

We had a great time in Scottsdale, and this location and house were absolutely perfect! The layout is great, and very spread out, giving everyone their own space when needed. The game room is fun, the pool was great, and the size of the year made for great hanging out and playing games. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Training Stay in March

Amazing experience staying at this property. We showed up a few minutes early and owner allowed us in. House is in great shape and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for 10 adult guys. Yard is very big for activities and pool was refreshing. Short Uber ride to talking stick for baseball, Casino, and top golf.

House was great.

The house wad great. Had an issue with the oven and needing to keep flipping the breaker to cook our food. Also would have liked directions on the stove top. Extra blankets in the house would have been nice as well. Overall it was a nice house. It meet our needs.

Great house, great location

Our family really enjoyed our stay, we loved the yard and pool. It was in a perfecr location, beautiful neighborhood, close to stores, restaurants and best of all for us close to the cactus Aquatic center. House was well stocked with all the amenities we needed. Only downfall was the stove kept messing up on us but wasn't a huge deal, didn't bake too much. Thank you for letting us rent your beautiful home!

Unfortunate Unrelated Charges

Lily was extremely inviting and communicative prior to the start of the trip, but the charges incurred at the end for cleaning and damages were not communicated or discussed prior to receiving a charge on my credit card. The pool had algae growth throughout and appeared to have not been cleaned. The stove and range displayed an error code upon arrival and the dishwasher was full of dishes with the top rack off the hinges. We were unfairly accused of causing this damage. Though the home is very large, spacious and not too far from downtown Scottsdale.
