Du kommer att bli kär i Summer House West och enhet 206. Komplexet ligger 3. 3 miles ner West Beach Boulevard, där det är tyst och avskilt. Need new cleaning staff

The property's location and furnishing was good. The issue is when we went in to do a walk through, the downstairs bathroom had a pair of dirty female underwear laying in the floor. Next the dining table had crumbs as if it was never cleaned. We then went up the stairs and the first bedroom there was sand and hair on the bed as if the bedding hasn't been change as well as for the second bedroom. There was also a very funky smell when you entered the condo. It smell kinda moldy. I will say that the ALVR went above and beyond to accommodate us with another place to spend our vacation,

Pros & Cons

Clean with a Keurig (although leftover water was in it🥴), comfy beds, great a/c, & ceiling fans, about a 5 minute walk to the beach. However, be prepared for 1 trash bag, no laundry detergent, and 1 roll of tp per bathroom that's rough enough to practically write your grocery list on. If you're a light sleeper, the blinds in the master allow light to shine in. Additionally, the second bedroom closet has no rod to hang clothes. Overall a nice place to stay, very clean.

Great space!

This condo was the perfect space for our family vacation-- plenty of room and all useful space. We enjoyed being on a quieter end of the highway and the quick trip to the beach.

Anniversary vacation

This vacation was for our 25th anniversary and our friends first anniversary. We absolutely loved our stay. The views were perfect. Property was very clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable. We definitely recommend staying here and we would definitely stay again.

Just those stairs!

We really enjoyed the location but didn’t realize there would be 2 flights of stairs up to the unit and then another flight of stairs to the bedrooms. After a walk back from the beach those stairs were dreadful. Otherwise if you’re in great shape this is a nice place to stay with decent views and comfy furniture. Oh, also the second bedroom balcony was unfinished and really seemed unsafe. I would block it off.

Vacation during covid...

this was a great choice for our family. It was far enough from the wharf that we where able to social distance from other beach goers. I highly recommend.

Great condo!

I was very happy with our stay. The condo was clean and I liked the layout. The picture shows a red sectional but there are now two blue couches instead. There are two flights of stars to get to the door, then the bedrooms are upstairs, so it might not be ideal for older couples. It's really easy to walk across the street to the beach and I love that we could just leave all our beach stuff by the car and there was a hose to rinse it off and our feet before going in. I'd definitely stay here again.

Respite!

What an adorable place to come get some rest, walk the beach, grab some seafood just down the road and enjoy the comforts of home while being “wowed” by divine sunsets from the family room! Roomy, comfy, in a nice safe community!
