Very comfortable stay

We had a great time staying Granvia New, modern and clean are a few words to describe out stay. Central location in Grace Bay. Great host and attended to all our needs and provided fast response. Thank you Yoshi for a great holiday!

Great location, beautiful accommodations and awesome host

From Intial contact with Yoshi til departure, he was responsive and easily accessible. The condo is well appointed and very comfortable. Everything is clean, new and he provides all you could possibly need. If you have a car and plan to visit one of the beaches in other parts of the island, be sure to grab one of the zero gravity beach chairs. Also, make sure you have a meal at his fab restaurant. I will definitely rebook this property if I visit the island again!

Can’t say enough about this property! The condo alone is new & beautiful! Perfect for our stay! Perfect location only need to walk a few minutes to get to restaurants, grocery stores & shops! Yoshi was great and was very responsive if we needed anything! Great host and great place! We will be back!

Perfect space for two!

Loved our stay here! The location is awesome, close to the beach, restaurants/bars and the grocery store. It's clean, comfortable, and the host provides a cooler and beach chairs which we used everyday. Highly recommend!

Great condo

Clean condo in a great location for easy access to the essentials. Yoshi was easy to get in touch with and incredibly helpful. Awesome, really warm pool. All the neighbors are incredibly kind. Loved it!

Lovely stay!

Unbelievable place to stay in. Modern, clean, prime location at an extremely affordable rate. Prices for food are expensive on the island, this place is a 2 minute walk to the grocery store and has everything you need to make breakfast or pack a lunch. If you’re going to be exploring the island this has everything you need and more. 5 minute walk to the beach and to great restaurants. Lovely stay, book it!

Impressive / Beautiful / Peaceful

I had a wonderful time at this villa. It was new, clean, wifi capability, excellent location in walking distance of Graceway Gourmet grocery (great salad bar), walk to beach, shops/town. Upon arrival, I was greeted by someone who ensured my needs were met and offering any chairs/water equipment etc... Yoshi my host went above and beyond to make my stay so pleasurable. The villa has a very comfortable bed and impeccably clean. Anything you can think of will be at this villa. The outdoor pool was darling with wifi outside and nice/quiet. I would definitely recommend or return to his villa. I'm an active person too (walking) but everything was within a few blocks of this villa. Thank you, Yoshi for creating a memorable holiday for my stay.

new clean property close to everythign in Grace Bay

I liked it. It wasn't on the beach but that didn't seem to matter to us as we were kiteboarding, golfing and diving and quite tired by the end of the day. It was quiet and peaceful. New and clean

Great location and a fantastic island to visit.

This condo is in an excellent location. It’s very nicely appointed to cook and dine in too. Plus the beds are very comfortable. Yoshi was very helpful and a real pleasure to deal with. He has great contacts and helped arrange our car rental. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely!

First off, Yoshi, the owner, is by far one of the nicest, friendliest people you’ll ever meet! He is very accessible & responsive to all of your needs. N21 is a beautiful new apartment which is spacious and comfortable. Close to beach, short walk to market and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!!!

An extraordinary place and a wonderful host

The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful condo. It is comfortable, spacious, and convenient. Close to best beach in Grace Bay (next to Seven Star Hotel) and 5 minutes to shops, restaurants, and groceries. The condo is brand new, 2 large bedrooms with private large bathrooms, beds are comfortable. Modern kitchen with all SS appliances. Enjoy your coffee or cocktails in screened balcony off the living room. We could not have a better place to stay. The owner, Yoshi is the most wonderful person I have ever met. He lives in the building and makes everything easy for you. We definitely will go back and highly recommend everyone to try it. Also try Yoshi's Sushi restaurant. Delicious food. Pamela Beaulieu
