Vårt North Fork-hem är en flykt från den verkliga världen. Vi parkeras på 3 privata hektar. Det finns en uppvärmd pool och gott om utrymme inuti. Nära oss finns stränder, vingårdar, ekologiska gårdar och några av de bästa restaurangerna på Long Island. Vårt hem är perfekt för familjer med barn, men fungerar också bra för par och vänner. Första våningen innehåller huvud vardagsrummet med högt i tak och tillgång till en uteservering runt däck som har utsikt över poolområdet. Det ingår också en modern kockens kök, matplats, sovrum och badrum. Nedre våningen erbjuder barrummet direkt tillgång till poolen. Nedre våningen har också Gästrummet, tvättmaskin / torktumlare och bad. På övervåningen har sovrum 3 en full över full våningssäng med rulla, dagbädd och en spjälsäng (spjälsäng kan tas bort på begäran).
Sovrum 4 har också olika sovande alternativ. Det finns en dagbädd med trille som kan omvandlas till en kung säng. Också i Sovrum 4 är ett lofted sovrum med en full size säng samt en tvilling om det behövs. Gästerna har fullständig tillgång till huset (inklusive garage och utomstående egendom) förutom ett minimalt utrymme på övervåningen.

Perfect summer getaway

Adriana’s house is beautiful and has every amenity we could have imagined. Between the chic interior of the house, the park like setting, and the huge pool and deck area, we felt like we were staying at a high end resort and not just a house. But the bonus was —we had it all to ourselves! The location was well situated close to several cute towns with great shopping and restaurants. We were happy to have the pool because the north fork beaches are very rocky. The host Adriana was communicative and helpful. It was a great stay.

Wonderful kitchen!

The house is beautifully decorated with everything you will need during your stay. We were very comfortable with how clean everything was, especially during COVID. The open staircase was a concern for our toddler, although there were two portable gates provided. Our family enjoyed the pool and pool toys. It was an enjoyable get away!

Beautiful, spacious, luxurious, and perfectly located

Adriana is an outstanding host and her home makes for a great base for a getaway on the North Fork. Whether you just want to hang out in their spacious yard + huge (heated) pool or get out to see the wineries (minutes away), beaches (also minutes away) etc, the home is perfect. Couldn't recommend enough.

Family Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was very clean. Adriana thought of everything and made traveling with a 4 month old easy (crib, tub, swing). The swing set for the older kids was great too. We can’t wait to visit again.

Perfect Getaway

We booked this property for my mother-in-law 65th birthday and it was excellent, our only disappointment was that we booked too early for the pool to be opened (the beginning of April 2021 is when we stayed). The house was beautiful and the grounds were well kept, there was a very large playground on the property which my kids loved, my husband loved the updated kitchen and all the appliances fit for a chef, and everyone else loved the open plan of the house geared towards congregating together. The house is very close to ALOT of wineries and great restaurants which is what we did for the weekend. The house even has a built-in fire pit on the grounds so that is what we did after the wineries on Saturday. I can say with full confidence that I will be back and the owner was truly accomodating and communicative; my 4-year-old son even left some stuffed animals in the bed and the owner overnighted it to me the next day. highly recommended and will definately be back!

Ideal Family Home for North Fork Getaway

Wonderful home, perfect for our family getaway. The house was immaculate (especially with all new bathrooms), and spacious enough for two families with small children to hang out comfortably. Many sleeping options: bunks, kings, cribs; whatever your group needs. The yard, deck, and fire pit were great for enjoying the beautiful fall weekend. Convenient location to Southold town and vineyards, farms, etc... while also feeling quiet and secluded within the neighborhood. The kitchen is a chef's kitchen - equipped with everything you need to cook or entertain, and the house is well stocked with games and toys for children. Adriana was extremely responsive to any questions/concerns and treated our stay more like a B&B, eager to make sure we were enjoying our time over the weekend (welcome basket with cookies, wine and North Fork Roasting Co. coffee was a delightful treat!). Highly recommend!

Excellent home and host perfect for a family weekend

The house was perfect for what we needed — the pictures don’t do it justice. It had everything we needed to make my mother’s 60th birthday unforgettable.
