Hololani B701 är en två sovrum, två badrum rymlig lägenhet som har varit underbart ombyggd. Det stora sovrummet har en bekväm king size säng och underbar havsutsikt från havet Lanai. Det andra sovrummet har också en king size-säng, stor platt-TV och en privat Lanai med utsikt över västra Maui Mountains. Båda sovrummen har eget badrum; båda utrustade med en rymlig duschkabin med inbyggd sittplats. Beautiful views from the balcony. We saw whales and sea turtles daily. The condo itself was perfect for our family of 5. Easy access to all the West Maui sites and activities.

shhh, its a secret

This is our 4th stay at Hololani, each time in a different unit. We just keep coming back. If you are looking for a roomy condo, unbelievable views and a quiet atmosphere- this is it. Everything you need if you want to rest and relax. We have never missed having AC. The back room gets really light in the morning, and there is no way to darken it - so be strategic with who sleeps in there. Sofa bed is not comfortable. Everything else is spot on.

island breezes

Beautiful views and whale watching from our balcony. Bring binoculars! The place was easy to access, parking was free, the decor was modern, beds were comfortable. I was afraid we would be too hot without ac but the island breezes were delightful and we all slept well at night. We had a vehicle so we could explore all the beautiful beaches and other attractions. We saved hundreds of dollars by having some of our meals here. We would have needed two hotel rooms for the 5 of us. Here we could all be together, yet still have some privacy. Having 2 bathrooms was a luxury. We used the beach chairs and boogie boards and appreciated the welcome gift. Grocery store, Snorkel Bob's, village coffee and Mauri Brewery are a short walk away across the street. Resort pool was accessible. We loved our stay.

Love the view. Could definitely use a new rug and deep clean the sofa

The view here is amazing! It was clean where you can clean - in other words, housekeeping cleaned it properly. It was just the rug in the living room is so filthy. I have a 3 & 5 year old that played everywhere and it really grossed me out whenever they were sitting on the rug. Highly recommend a new rug. The sofa also had a strange smell on the arm rest closest to the kitchen. Every time I laid down, I smelled it. Like an old shoe smell. The sofa was covered with a flat sheet too and I still smelled it. Otherwise, I love having the washer dryer. Washed the towels on the daily. Like with any rental place that's not a hotel, it would be nice to have daily mail service. Otherwise it was an adequate stay.

A mixed review

This will be a mixed review. The parking is covered. The location is great. The view is wonderful! The pool and grounds were nice and very clean. The condo was clean and everything was in good working condition. The kitchen was adequately stocked. Extra towels including beach towels. Four sand chairs and two boogie boards. The furniture was fine. We only used one tv once to watch golf while we packed. It worked fine. The lanai was a top priority for us and it was great for evenings when there wasn't a breeze. But unfortunately the slightest breeze blew us back inside because the lanai is open on two sides and creates a wind tunnel effect. One side is open to noisy busy street. That was really disappointing to us. One bedroom is on the ocean side. There are doors to close from the living room but no door to close to the shared hallway. The other bedroom is on the side of a very noisy street. You'll need earplugs. There is a door to close to the hallway, but there isn't a door to close to the bathroom. The window for that bathroom is only a screen. It opens to the bedroom not the outdoors. So anything that happens in the bathroom is shared in the bedroom. We didn't like the layout for four adults. We would stay there again, but not in this unit.

A wonderful condo for two couples

We had a great 8 days in this Maui condo. It being right off the elevator on the seventh floor was extemely convenient for access to the the car, the barbeque grills which were great. Each morning they were scrubbed to perfection. We used them several times and our food wad always perfect! The location was very convenient. I could walk to the Hawaiian Village Coffee in the morning for an expresso or brew some up in the coffee maker at the condo. We stayed in the ocean view room and found the bed to be comfortable. Plan on getting in the car for a beach visit. We didn't have any luck finding beach access nearby. All in all it was a great place to stay and we will use this condo in future visits!

Ok, but not great.

There is no beach here. There is one a few steps away next door, but it’s not accessible to us. The ocean view and view of Molokai was nice. Noise from others staying here was loud at times. From our unit, we couldn’t see the sunsets, but we never had the sun blazing down on our porch area. It was nice to sit out there comfortably at all times of day. The unit is hot. No AC, but there are a few fans. We left the windows open most of the time, which helped a little. The unit is a little dated and grimy, but not terrible. The whale watching was amazing. The assistance we received from the concierge was fantastic. Everything that they helped us book was a highlight to our trip. We hoped for a little more beach equipment, like a boogie board or two, but there were none. They did have 4 beach chairs and some beach towels for us to use, though.

Stunning views

While there is no beach in front of the condo the absolutely stunning views more than make up for it. We saw turtles and whales just about every day from the balcony. We would definitely stay at this property again

Nice spot for families

We shared this unit with one other family. It was just the right size and had plenty of supplies at the house. We were thankful for boogie boards, umbrellas, and beach chairs at the unit. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus, too. Although it was on the 7th floor, the elevator was quick and the luggage racks were helpful. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean (and provided cleaning supplies). The area had plenty nearby and the pool was welcoming! The owners were quick with responses and very helpful! Thank you!

Beach Bungalow

We enjoyed the condo. It was nicely decorated and accommodating. The view to the ocean and pool was enjoyable. We could see the turtles very well. It felt like a bungalow/ treehouse to me because of no air conditioning. So, we had the fans going and windows open. Customer service was easily accessible for any needs or questions.

Very very nice. The pictures were a true representation of the property. Missed the AC more than I thought we would. When it was still outside it got quite warm. Not a deal breaker, though. The one thing that might make me choose a different location next time was the lack of a usable beach. Our boys would have spent more time in the ocean if we hadn't had to go elsewhere to use it. However, I think the price was amazing for what we got.

A Beautiful Condo with a Perfect View!

Condo was perfect! The view was better than what I expected even after seeing the pictures in the listing. We watched whales and wind surfers while drinking our coffee in the morning. The condo was immaculate and had all the amenities needed for cooking our meals. The communication from MyPerfect Stays was also great. They checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy with everything at the start of our trip and during our stay. Location was perfect. Easy parking (assigned space right by the elevator), lots of restaurants and sights, quiet in the evening, BBQ and pool area maintained perfectly. Thanks for sharing your little slice of heaven with us. We can't wait to come back!

Feels like home… with a gorgeous view

We spent a 8 days here and LOVED Wvery second. The view was gorgeous. After deep sea fishing, we put fresh Mahi-mahi on the grill and sat by the pool. No need to be concerned with no AC. Don’t need it, great breeze through the condo (end of July). Will stay here again.

Great condo, no beach

The condo is very nice and clean. All appliances work well and it's well decorated and we had a great time there. The view is awesome and you can watch the sunset every night from the balcony. There's no AC but at night there is great ventilation and it was not too hot so it wasn't an issue for us but if you like things to be really cool it's something you might consider. There is also no beach that you can play or swim at in front of the hotel if that's important to you. The check in process is seamless and I only contacted them once to ask if there was ac and they didn't get back to me but really I had no issues so it didn't matter.

Breathtaking!

Place was AWESOME!!! Views, open floor plan, and located near everything you want in Maui. We will be back! Only issue was the wifi SSID was incorrect but I am sure is fixed by now.
