Absolutely Perfect for Families

We were two families staying in Louisville and this home was 100% what we hoped for! Area was great & close to Expo Center. All amenities were spot on & home was clean, comfortable, & relaxing. Communication was great and we would absolutely stay again.

Bourbon Birthday Trip

Spent a weekend here for a friend’s birthday trip. This was a excellent property, very spacious and clean. Great location and easy communication with Cyndi. Definitely saving this location for future trips and would recommend to anyone!

This home is amazing!! Its beautiful, well kept, clean, amd close to everything! The location was out of this world. We had 9 people staying here and we all fit very comfortably. Cyndi was an amazing host. The next time we are in town we will definitely be staying here!!!

Great stay for group of friends

We recently stayed for a 30th birthday celebration weekend with a group of 9 friends. The house was clean and cute and well supplied. There was plenty of space for us to hang out and we had a great time! The only minor issue we has was that the second bathroom is located inside the primary bedroom, but we made it work. Would definitely recommend this property!

Bourbon tour trip

Great house for our family of 8. Very clean and it had everything we needed in the kitchen. Even coffee and snacks. Nice comfortable king size beds and plenty of linen. Close to downtown Louisville.

Amazing Space... Great Communication

My family and another family stayed for a week during the National Volleyball tournament. Everything was smooth from check in to check out. After a long day sitting courtside, we found the beds to very comfortable and provided a great nights rest. Ample kitchen space for cooking large family means and a large sit down table that we were able to all sit and eat together and play games later in the evenings. I would absolutely stay here again.

Modern comfort convenient location

This was a great house for our group of four adult men going out on the Bourbon Trail. Four large beds in separate rooms, very updated and trendy house while still comfortable. We were close enough to the city for a short Uber ride, yet in the direction of Bardstown to make that an easy trip. Had a nice night grilling out and sitting on the large deck. House was very clean and the owner was super communicative and pleasant to deal with. Will definitely be back.

Perfect place to stay!

We have stayed at this house every year. The property has underwent many wonderful upgrades. There is plenty of room to relax. It looks small on the outside, but don’t let that fool you! Cyndi has always stayed in contact and been very responsive to questions. The only thing I would change is to have dark curtains in the master bedroom to block out some light at night. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Fantastic Louisville base

In town with my wife and daughter for bike racing championships--house was 10 minutes away, even rideable on bikes. IMMACULATELY clean, the most thoughtful supplies (snacks, toiletries--including toothbrushes/toothpaste), very well appointed kitchen (with regular coffee maker for those who prefer one to a Keurig!). Very easy to get downtown and other Louisville locations. It is close to highway and airport, but we did not find noise to be an issue. Cyndi is one of the most helpful/thoughtful VRBO hosts we've worked with. Already planning a return for next year.

Beautiful home, great location.

Our family stayed here during the 2018 Ironman competition. The house itself is stunning, it has been completely updated and every room was warm and inviting. The beds were extremely comfortable and the decor was very nice. Cyndi provided so many extra amenities that I'm afraid she has spoiled us! Everything was as described and better. We loved being just outside of downtown but close enough that it wasn't a long car ride. We made most of our own meals using the amenities provided. I can't say enough good things about Cyndi as a host and her lovely home. If we are ever in Louisville again, we will definitely book again if available!

Everything for comfort on the road

Everything you need for any length of stay. All king beds which was awesome for our group. Excellent property. Just a little loud being so close to the airport; but after a couple of nights you get used to it.

This house is wonderful. Everything you could possibly think of is provided by Cyndi. The house is very clean and nicely laid out. It is very nicely appointed as well. Communication with her is easy and the check in process is seamless. Great location. We will definitely be back.

Delightful!

Great property! 5 minutes to the airport, and within 25 minutes to most attractions. Clean, well stocked with spices and cooking vessels. Our host answered my questions immediately ! Would definitely stay here again!

Just Perfect

Our family came together from all over the Midwest to vacation together and do the Bourbon Tours. This house was perfect. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were spacious a and Cyndi is very accommodating. She has a lovely, clean and welcoming home and our bourbon tours were 15 to 50 minutes away. All the comforts of home are present from extra blankets to coffee and snacks. We were very happy!

Beautiful & Spacious

We had 4 couples and it’s the perfect amount of room! If someone had kids there’s a great hidden space and an air mattress already there in one of the rooms too. We all enjoyed the communal spaces like the 8 person table for meals & games. Parking is easy with the size of the driveway. It’s a great find.

Louisville is my home and I have lived here my entire life (or at least just across the county line). I love to travel and once I started staying in VRBO and AirBNB rentals, I loved it. I hope everyone who stays at my home leave loving it too!

I love this home because it is close to everything in Louisville. I can be anywhere in the city in under 15 minutes. The rooms are large and open and it has unique features that I fell in love with immediately. The back deck is awesome too.

I have a tankless hot water heater that you will love. It NEVER runs out of hot water!! Also, there are 4 bedrooms with KING beds - who doesn't love a king size bed?!
