Denna nyuppgraderade Kap är det perfekta stället att koppla av. Beläget i hjärtat av Katama, på en lugn blindväg utanför vägen till slätten, mellan South Beach och staden Edgartown. Detta hem erbjuder bra inomhus- och utomhusutrymmen, med många bekvämligheter inklusive främre och bakre däck, en bubbelpool och utomhusdusch.

1: a våningen har ett stort lerrum, utmärkt för städning efter en dag på stranden. Precis utanför lerrummet finns det ett vackert uppgraderat kök med vita skåp, nya rostfria vitvaror och ett höjdkök. Gå igenom köket och in i sitt- / loungen rummet, det finns 4 bekväma sittstolar och en fönster med en kudde med utsikt över den underbara trädgården. Bredvid sittgruppen finns en matsal med ett bord med plats för 6. Gå in i TV-rummet, där det finns en sektionssoffa som är perfekt för att slappa av och titta på den 55-tums 4k smart-tv med kabel samt Netflix. Strax utanför korridoren finns det ett badrum i bottenvåningen, och bredvid det finns ett sovrum med utsikt över trädgården med två enkelsängar och en stor garderob.

Den andra våningen har två sovrum och ett badrum. Gå uppför trappan och till vänster finns ett stort sovrum med två fullstora sängar. Gå uppför trappan till höger och det finns samma sovrum med en king size-säng och stor garderob. Mellan dem finns ett stort badrum med uppvärmda ljus.

Verandan är perfekt för att spela spel, dricka morgonkaffe, äta frukost eller bara lyssna på fåglarna. Det bakre däck är en utmärkt plats att äta måltider eller bara njuta av naturen (den har en grill). Utanför däcket finns en stor utomhusdusch och en badtunna stor nog för 4-5 personer.

Amazing house and location!

Beautiful house, great location and gracious hosts! Rented with my husband, mother and 2 year old son. The yard, deck and outdoor shower were perfect, and the owners were accommodating and had great communication. Short bike ride into Edgartown and South beach. We will definitely be back!

Another great stay!

We had another great week on the Vineyard at this house. It's easy, comfortable, and just the right size for our family of four. We love the location, near town and the beach, and the outdoor space.

Lovely fall vacation

My family and I loved our mid-week fall visit to the Vineyard! The house was very clean and well-equipped. We found everything we needed - beach towels were especially appreciated. Evenings in the hot tub under the stars were particularly relaxing. We vowed to come back again soon!

We were happy!

We enjoyed staying at this house. The owner is really nice. The house is really pretty, spotless, updated, roomy and well set up. The front porch is wonderful, the yard huge, the back deck and outdoor shower were great and the hot tub amazing! It was a perfect fit for our small family, my husband and I, my daughter and son in law and their 2 1/2 year old little girl. They walked to town, played in the "hot pool", ran around the yard and rode her scooter on the basket ball court. Nice neighbors, woodsy and quiet. It was great having a few guests stop by and able to have a place to sit and enjoy outside that was so pretty and comfortable. Our only issue was one week is never enough for us to enjoy Edgartown.

Vineyard Perfection!

This Katama house was exactly what we needed and wanted for our week long family vacation on the vineyard. We have two little girls, ages 5 and 2, and the set-up of bedrooms and common areas were perfect. The large, covered front porch was a perfect spot for morning breakfast and afternoon cool downs. The hot tub in the back made for great late afternoon hangs, along with grilling on the back deck. Our girls were obsessed with the outdoor shower, and this was a major plus! For my husband and me, we are always worried about what th bed will be like - and this king beauty rest matress was a HUGE bonus. We slept well each and every night. The kitchen had everything you could need, including a pizza cutter that came in handy. The outdoor hose by the mud room was well placed to clean up after the beach, after we used the house's beach umbrellas and beach chairs. We had bikes delivered from Edgartown Bicycles for the day we arrived, and biked the short ride (1.7 miles) to town for icecream and the 2 miles to South Beach multiple times. The house also has a new basketball court out front, and while our girls are not quite old enough to play, it provided another place to explore and we utilized it for scooter rides. Finally, Munzer was exceedingly accessible and communicative prior to our arrival, and available for the one question we had when we arrived. We have already discussed which week we want to rent for next year!! Don't miss this perfect place!

Fantastic stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this house. The host, Munther, is terrific and was responsive to our needs and requests. The house was very clean and comfortable for our family, including my two teenage boys who enjoyed riding their bikes to the nearby downtown and beach. We took advantage of the unseasonably warm weather and spent a large portion of our stay outdoors and on the house's two large beautiful decks. Our family likes to cook and the kitchen was remarkably well equipped. Also, the furniture was modern and comfortable. We are looking forward to returning to this house in the spring and summer.

Started well but ended horribly

My family has rented on the Vineyard for 30 years to participate in the fall fishing derby. The last 15 have been in one home which changed to a yearly rental so we went on to another property. We liked the yard and front porch in this home and had high hopes. The location of Katama is good but the neighbor was starting his generator and boat engines at all hours with plenty of swearing . Their pit bull kept chasing skunks to out porch. We paid for the rental with a cleaning fee. On Oct 23 we left and on Oct 25, I received a midnight email that they were keeping our damage deposit because we "trashed' the house. I thought it was a poor joke. We are in our 70's and do not trash anything. The next day I received 19 photos of evidence of our destruction. Such as: coffee grounds in coffee maker, mud in mud room, finger prints on plastic chair, dirty pan (which was ours and left by mistake). All this should be taken care of with the cleaning fee. We did not have heat for most of our stay because furnace and thermostats were defective. He blamed us for that as well. I filed a protest with my credit card company and submitted a 9 page report refuting charges. He filed no report to support his claim. Not one page. We agreed to pay a small amount for our POSSIBLE contribution to kitchen ceiling stain. There is a 5 burner gas stove with no hood Then I received an invoice for repainting the house interior and extra cleaning fee. After fighting this, the owner relented. It was another disturbing charge to deal with. They provided no broom, mop or vacuum cleaner. We bought broom and cleaning supplies. If he wanted to freshen up interior after a busy rental season that should come from his rental income. Not the last tenant in. It was truly the worst experience in 30 years. The owner is probably a nice hard working person. We had several pleasant emails before all this. I liked him. But to receive this treatment is inexcusable and hurtful Now, 7 weeks after vacation, 70+ emails (all civil ) three 45 minute conversation with credit card company and great stress, it is still not resolved. Clearly, there was only one thing "trashed "and that was my vacation. Cynthia H

Great week in Katama

We had a great week staying at this lovely home with our 3 teenagers. We loved relaxing on the front porch with its comfortable furniture and the back deck was great too. It was very convenient to have the ability to bike to the beach and town. The house has everything you need for a great stay and the owner was very helpful and responsive.

Great family vacation. Location was perfect.

My husband and I and our three college aged children had a great stay here for a week. We were familiar with the area and chose the property based on price and that from the home it is an easy bike ride to both the center of town and the beach. The house was very clean and well appointed with new furniture, appliances and kitchen items. The wifi and TV worked perfectly and were easy to access. We had some very warm days and were happy to have the ac and ceiling fans in the evening. The front porch and back deck provided relaxing places to sit after a busy day. We used the outdoor shower, hot tub and grill and again, all were clean and well maintained. The homeowner was very responsive and had the house ready for us to check into well ahead of the designated 4pm time.

A Relaxing Island Home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay at this lovely home. The front porch and back deck were breezy and heavenly! And the outdoor shower was refreshing. The hot tub was a special treat. A Week of Good Memories

What an awesome week! We usually visit the vineyard each fall but decided to try last week in June and could not have been happier; Weather was amazing! Home was clean and exactly as described. A lovely week in Martha’s Vineyard

The house was perfect. The location was great for biking around to many beaches and to town. Having a hot tub was a huge plus since it was a cooler week than I expected. I’d happily visit again!

Amazing house, Amazing location, Wonderful hosts

We had a phenomenal stay. The hosts are amazing and gracious. The house is in a Prime location, an 8 minute bike ride to the town, a 10 minute ride to the south beach. Bedrooms are spacious, everything is brand new. Kitchen is fully equipped and the Webber grill and the porch are perfect for a barbecue lunch and dinner. The bikes are very high quality high performance (including Specialized bikes ). The location is serene. You are close enough to town and beaches but very nice and quiet at the same time. If you are looking for an amazing family experience, this is the place. I wish we could stay longer.

Great location and quiet!

The house was everything we hoped it would be! It was close to town but very quiet and relaxing. Our family of 4 had plenty of room and the house was very clean and had all the things you need to have a great vacation. Highly recommend!

Great location/quaint home

Our family of 5 loved this home. The location is so great! Close to town, close to South Beach and close to Morning Glory Farm. It's on a dirt road and feels so far away from everything. The hot tub was a pleasant surprise. I thought it would be too hot to use but we loved it and used it every night. The front porch was my favorite spot! Great breeze and extra wide. Wish there were some lounge chairs there! The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is that the family room was a little small for 5 people and the master bed was too hard for my liking. The owner was SO nice and SO responsive which makes for such a nice vacation. Thank you!

Family Friendly Home

We enjoyed our long weekend on the property. It was perfect for our family of 4 and my sister. It is in a great location, just minutes to Morning Glory Farm and South Beach. The house is clean and well maintained and spacious. We look forward to future stays at this home.

Wonderful retreat

Our stay at this home was all we would want from a vacation home. Great proximity to town and beach ( South Beach one of the nicest beached in MV), responsive owners, clean and updated home fully equipped, quiet and set back setting. We would highly recommend this property.
