Simple and Sweet in Scottsdale
This is a studio condo completely furnished with a queen-sized bed, table with two dining chairs, and a storage bench that provides additional seating when needed at the dining table/work station. There is a kitchenette that has a full-sized refrigerator, a microwave, two plug-in electric cooktop burners, a full-sized sink with garbage disposal, and all the essentials (pots and pans and dishes and utensils) provided. The bathroom has a full-sized tub/shower combo, a full-sized vanity, and all the essentials are provided for short-term stays (towels, washcloths, basic soaps and shampoos).
The property is 100% smoke free. No smoking allowed in the unit or on the grounds.
The HOA does not allow pets. Sorry! No pets.
Inside this unit's building is a coin-operated laundry room. It is open 24 hours a day.
This property is very convenient to the freeways, so getting around the Scottsdale and Phoenix areas is very easy. Plus, this property is located incredibly close to major attractions:

This studio is loved by the owners and we have put a lot of time and effort into remodeling it (in December, 2018) and keeping it clean and in great condition. We try to be thoughtful to make your stay comfortable and relaxing while in our property!
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
There is a walking/biking trail that goes right by this building! You can definitely enjoy the nice weather outside on the path. Shopping, dining, and entertainment are within walking distance. Getting around is relatively easy -- the Scottsdale trolley bus system is free and stops right by this building, Scottsdale has electric scooters to rent to get around, and it is an easy drive to many of Scottsdale's best locations from this location.
