Winter stay

Had an excellent stay. Beautiful area next to Rathtrevor provincial park. Owner was very responsive. Cabin had lots of room and had most everything you need for a short or lengthy stay. Thanks again Suzy.

Great family getaway

We stayed for 11 days in this adorable Parksville cottage. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and is tastefully decorated with plenty of space to spread out. The pool and hottub are nearby and well kept. The location is very close to Rathtrevor beach, and a short drive from most of the popular local attractions. With little kids, the splash park was a big hit! We would love to come back!

Safe Family Friendly Cabin

Very clean, cosy, well furnished, all you need to make your own meals, spacious back patio for bbqs. Located near the ocean and several beaches as well as a popular onsite mini golf, a pool with small workout room, bumper cars, ice cream parlour, nail salon and spa, etc. We felt very safe and neighbours were friendly and quiet. Yes we would return.

Spring!!

We love to experience spring early and then return home for spring again. The accommodation allowed us to stay cozy with cooler spring weather than we have experienced in the past. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment that allowed us to prepare our meals ourselves. Our dog loved the accommodation as she could see out the screen door to watch the goings on and it was a great location for her walks.

Nice 3 Bedroom Cottage in Parksville, Vancouver Island

We spent a couple of months in Parksville this fall in this great little cottage on Resort Drive. Great accommodations and excellent property manager (Suzy). The cottage is roomy, has a great gas fireplace, two bedrooms one bath on the main plus one more bedroom with ensuite in the loft. The area is quiet and peaceful, close to amenities, restaurants, beaches and the park. Great walking trails nearby. We absolutely loved it and would recommend the location and the accommodations. We did ran into a couple of minor issues with a plugged drain and a leaky sink, contacted Suzy. She promptly arranged a plumber and the repairs were done without delay. Absolutely perfect!

Great family friendly summer rental

Our stay was excellent. Cabin was very clean, quiet and well stocked kitchen for those that like to cook. Kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, and proximity to mini golf and Rathtrevor beach. Host super friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to others!

Lovely and spacious cottage!

Delightful cottage!

Our family of five (plus dog!) stayed 9 nights in this delightful cottage near beautiful Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park! The cottage was perfect for our needs, providing ample space for our family to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation. The beach is a bit of a stroll from the cottage - so bring your bikes and ride to/from like we did! The Oceanside Village Resort community is very family-friendly with great amenities including the indoor pool/hot tub and Riptide Lagoon mini-golf and bumper cars next door. Suzy, the cottage’s owner, was super responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay!

Very impressed cottage! Everything was as shown in the pictures. The kitchen was fully equipped and made us feel right at home. Our kids especially loved the loft and the indoor pool. We were so thankful to have air conditioning which cooled the place down for good sleep. The bottle of wine and the many beach towels were thoughtful touches! Great communications with the owner - always prompt and smooth. Will book again without hesitation!

Family Getaway

I have stayed at this resort many times and this was probably the best unit and location for our young family. It’s located on a dead-end street, has a fully fenced deck and a very short walk to the pool. The backyard/deck backs onto another property so not the most private but wasn’t an issue for us. The kitchen had everything we needed and the toilet paper and paper towel were great quality (it’s all the little things that make a place stand out 🙂). We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay

We spent the month of February at this beautiful cottage, the place was immaculate when we arrived, all photos are accurate. Bottle of wine upon arrival which was a nice touch, plenty of dishes and kitchen supplies, wifi excellent, nice 15 minute walk to to the beach, we hope we are able to return again, thank you for sharing your home with us
