This condominium is perfect! Well taken care of and so comfortable. Everything we needed was already there! Loved the view of the ocean and how close the pool and beach were. Highly recommend!

Great place for a getaway

Excellent stay!

Really enjoyed our stay -the condo was well stocked with everything that we needed. Leave your beach towels at home there were plenty! There were also chairs, an umbrella coolers etc. The bathrooms are small but we made it work. The beach chairs could use an upgrade and a beach wagon would be awesome but since the unit is so close to the beach that is just a nice to have. We cooked a lot. The unit seemed to be missing baking sheets and a proper cutting board but we made due! A small vacuum would help with clean up! There are so many towels - loved that! I would check into the unit before heading to the store - there was a lot we bought that we didn't need like soaps and extra paper towels etc. The location is fantastic! Quiet beach within walking distance of restaurants, stores, and the fun little downtown area with live music and energy! I would stay here again without question!

Nice place

Loved it and would definitely come back. Comfy beds. Kitchen could use more dishes (microwave safe dishes would be ideal). Plenty of beach towels were provided! Beach is so close to condo!

Accurate description - clean, roomy and short walk to beach

Very nice property. Pleasantly surprised to find so many quality dining options within 1 mile - particularly Luna and Flavour. Minor issues -- (1) would like water to be a bit warmer for my shower; and (2) wish the TV controls were a bit easier to figure out.

Two Months Stay

Overall, it was a great stay. Condo was very comfortable, location was perfect and beach was wonderful. Building is very well kept and the property manager was responsive. Would have been nice to have beach chairs & a beach umbrella supplied. Would definitely go back or recommend this unit.

Loved Spanish Main

We booked a last minute stay in Cocoa Beach, because we were looking for a beach close to Orlando. This condo at Spanish Main worked out so well! The beach and pool views were amazing. The condo was also better stocked with the basics (toilet paper, tide pods, dish soap pods, seasonings, etc) than others I have stayed at. It also had beach towels, and beach equipment left behind from other guests. The condo’s beach wasn’t crowded at all which was very nice. The condo is also within walking distance of a few different restaurants, a gas station, dollar general and liquor store. We will definitely stay here again!

Cute place

Very happy with our stay. Location was perfect. Great views from the balcony. Beach not crowded and other guests were nice. Well stocked. No ceiling fans in the unit. Owner has beach stuff available to use, which was very nice. Beach chairs are a little small for adults. Family had a great time. Would definitely come back.

Perfect Stay

Communication was great and check in was a breeze. The condo was better than expected and we loved our stay. Beds were comfy and condo was well-stocked (even had essentials to hold you over till shopping could be done). View was amazing and beach was great. We arrived in time to see two launches from the Cape, as well. Put only complaint, which the owners had zero control over, were the chain-smoking neighbors on their patio. Hopefully they weren’t owners ! Would highly recommend and hope to rebook next year!

Everything we were looking for and then some

This condo was everything we were hoping it would be. The location to the beach was perfect. We had a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony and had comfy chairs and a table to play cards on while we enjoyed the scenery. The balcony overlooks the heated pool, which could be a drawback, but it wasn’t. Everyone seemed respectful of others and the rules. The lounge chairs at the pool are hard to come by on the sunny side, so get down there early. Our 9-year-old granddaughter had lots to do, plus we drove to Kennedy two days. The condo itself had the usual, plus lots of thoughtful extras. We could have saved room in our luggage and not brought beach towels and toys. The host thought of everything. The only tiny thing we noticed on the last night was some cigarette smoke drifting from the vent, probably from another unit. We were headed to bed early to catch our flight the next day so it wasn’t a big deal. The beach is really gorgeous here and we watched a Space X launch while here, which was thrilling! We will definitely come back.

Great Location and Views

This property has a great location and beautiful views of the ocean from a spacious and shady balcony. Having booked last minute from an extended business trip we did not pack for a beach vacation. However the condo was well stocked and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including beach chairs, umbrella and cooler - everything we needed was already there.
