BOENDE: Tre sovrum med queen size-sängar sova 6 personer. Två queen bäddsoffor, en i vardagsrummet och en i den, öppna och sova fyra. Var redo med nya lakan.
TELEVISION, WIFI: Varje sovrum har en helt ny 43 "TV med Comcast-kabel, 200 kanaler. Också ny TV i vardagsrummet.
KÖK: Helt ny allt! Kylskåp, ugn, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, kaffekanna, köksartiklar.
Stor matsal rymmer 10 personer.
Vardagsrum: Vacker eldstad med fjärrkontroll. Helt ny TV, sover dubbelsäng sovplats två.

Vårt hus är bokstavligen tvärs över gatan från den berömda Arabian Park Trail, den 12-milspår som börjar vid huset och går hela vägen genom Panola Park till Stone Mountain Park.
Massor av festivaler 10 minuter bort på Georgia International Horse Park.
Enkel kör till överallt - Du är 25 miles från Hartsfield Int'l Airport, Buckhead, Atlanta.

Weekend Getaway

Was there on business and the location was perfect distance to the venue. There are a number of restaurants close by, and target. The management was very responsive and kind.

Tough review , owner responsive, hopefully can be fixed

I really struggle with this review. The place is in a convenient area, (so close Stone Moutian) and love the layout. I think , perhaps, the owner must be away and managed by a local person or a third party cleaning agency. Sadly, the place was VERY dirty. (Had to remove 1 star due to my socks being black from walking on the floor for 5 minutes). No way has it been mopped in a LONG time. The garbage disposal spun the sink ring when you turned it on and water leaks in the floor. (Owner sending plumber after we check out). Also smell of smoke, not sure if just needs deep cleaning and ac refresh. As ad says, plenty of towels, hot water good, owner contacted with arrival instructions as well. WiFi userid amd password didn’t work and owner wasn’t able to resolve remotely. Would I stay here again? If either the price was right ( I would need to clean it before my family came in) or if I knew the issues had been resolved. I do believe that this can be a 5 star place again, my stay just wasn’t. (Also general repair issues; bird house fallen and on ledge. Also lots of ants to fight with). Washer and dryer were like new. I hope this helps. Again, my stay was just meh.

Nice if things are fixed

To be completely honest, we were all miserable the entire stay. We had 5 adults and 3 children with us. The first thing that irritated me is the fact that when I booked, I looked at every picture multiple times and made sure I liked what I saw but the pictures do not match what you get and I’m not talking about the bedding being different, the beds in the pictures are not what is in the house, all the beds in the pictures have nice looking headboards and footboards and one bed in the house is just sitting on a frame, wasn’t too big of a deal just had pillows falling between the bed and wall. There’s no TVs in 2 of the bedrooms like as pictured which was a big deal because my children sleep with a tv on so they were scared to sleep in the room alone. My husband and the other adults had to go pick stuff up and I stayed there with the children and we were all completely bored because none of the channels work on the only working tv in there, it says to subscribe to watch anything even the local channels, there wasn’t any batteries in the living room remote, no DVD player as listed, no cable box in the living room, so we tried to use our laptops and watch shows but the WiFi kept messing up and we couldn’t finish anything we started. On the listing under a section that says what is unique about this property it says fenced in back yard...that is one of the reasons I booked considering we had toddlers but the fence is a fenced in dog area, not big enough for children to stay occupied in but there are no pictures of the outside so I was unaware of this. 2/3 bulbs in the master bath were out at mirror making it hard to see to do makeup, again not a big issue but also the master bath plugs did not work therefore we had to share the smaller bathroom that was just a sink and no counter to put anything on. The master bath doorframe is broke and we could see straight through causing no privacy when on the toilet because it was a clear view of the toilet. The front door is only a deadbolt with a bathroom stall looking handle, no doorknob therefore the only way the door would stay closed was locking it which was an I convenience and didn’t make us feel safe. Not that this is a huge concern but there was tons of huge ants covering the trash can so we had to keep that outside, killed several roaches and wasps which one of the adults that was with us is highly allergic to wasps. There’s tons of spoons & knives but only 2 forks so for eating we had to take turns.

Very easy process

Its was the perfect size and location for my family. Not far from the mall and Walmart and huge backyard for the kids to play. Moti was very responsive and accomodating

The family house

The place worked for what we needed. The location is everything, the owner is responsive. There's an ant issue, but I purchased baits and treated the yard. It's outdated, but reminds you of visiting older family members, so its kinda nostalgic.

Super clean, super location, super host

I would definitely stay here again! Great location, pretty property, very clean and neat, everything organized beautifully before our arrival. And everything works! The host is really nice and goes out of his way to make you have a lovely stay. Very close to the mall, the hiking trail, the city, the highways.

Poor experience

We stayed here Thanksgiving 2018 and never have I felt an eerie sense of insecurity after our vehicle was broken into while in the carport. I’m sure it was kids but broke our window at 2 am. The house needs work done by a licensed contractor, not a weekend warrior because it shows. Carport door has deadbolt only which is inconvenient, 30 degree weather outside and I have to lock and unlock door every time I go outside. Beds were “new” but I’ve got better sleep on an air mattress (very cheap). The flooring had large gaps and pieces missing, hot water heater (what’s that?), no coffee pot to warm up after lukewarm shower, and if you have kids don’t think they’re watching Disney channel (sewer channel line up was all). And btw Mobi was in Europe or somewhere and not reachable other than 6-8 hrs after our break in. I would’ve left a better review because I didn’t want it to totally tank this listing but it’s been 6 months and he didn’t offer to pay any portion of our window due to his lack of security.

Prime location to Stone Mountain, Atlanta and surrounding areas

The home is a bit older but has some great qualities: large property, easy to locate, close proximity to restaurants and an overall welcoming vibe in the home. The location is convenient to the interstate and is only a 25-30 minute drive to downtown Atlanta and a 20 minute drive to Stone Mountain. We ran into some issues with the some of the furniture and bathroom fixtures but overall the experience was pleasant. I'm confident all of the appropriate adjustments have been made as Mr. Moti was accommodating and understanding. I'd recommend this place. Thanks again.

GREAT VALUE!

The home was extremely clean, very inviting, and with in walking distance to the mall and resturants! The host Mr. Moti was super nice and friendly. The bottle of wine was greatly appreciated. We will definitely stay again and would recommend to our friends and family!
