På toppen av kullen på Warm Springs Road finns det ett busshållplats som tar dig till stan eller till backarna. På sommaren erbjuder Bald Mountain vandring, mountainbike och skärmflygning. På vintern, River Run och Warm Springs har världsklass körningar för ivrig skidåkare. För lite lättare skidor, gå över till Dollar Mountain cirka fyra miles away. Would stay again!

Our entire group of 8 guys, all 35, stayed here for a reunion, and we had the best time! The house was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The wood-burning fireplace in the living room became the perfect central spot for us to hang out and catch up — it really set the tone for the weekend.The location is fantastic! Walking to the resort was a breeze and took us less than 10 minutes, which was super convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking supplies, seasonings, and oils we needed to bring our own groceries and cook together. We loved preparing meals and relaxing at the house.The street is incredibly quiet, and we never heard any neighbors, which made it feel very private and peaceful. The house had plenty of cozy spaces to sleep, and everyone in our group was comfortable in their own bedrooms. I would highly recommend this place for large groups — it’s a great spot to relax, reconnect, and enjoy Ketchum!

Sun Valley ski

There were 6 adults, 3 children (7, 11 &’3 months). Bedrooms worked, but we did find the heat (individual room heaters) hard to get a comfortable temp. Bathrooms were adequate. Would have preferred TVs in bedrooms and closet /storage in bedrooms was very limited. Location was convenient to everything. There was a walking path to Warm Springs Lodge. I would consider staying there again.

Everything you need

This place had everything you could need. The kitchen was super well stocked with all the pots, pans, storage containers, etc. we had 10 adults and everyone had their owns space with a great common area.

Great House and Location

We loved the house and the location. It was perfect for our group. However, the entire time we were there, the dishwasher was not working and no repairman was sent, even after my notice to them. Also, the master bedroom closet was locked, so we could not hang any clothing. We were there for a wedding, and had a lot of events and formal clothing. Our inability to hang any of our clothes after the long trip there was a bit frustrating. We loved the house, though, and Sun Valley is beautiful

Amazing home and location

We had a wonderful stay at this quiet retreat right by the mountain and river. The home has great furnishings and unique character. We loved relaxing on the patio. Would definitely stay again.

Ski Trip

The location for lift access is great. About a 5 min walk to Warm Springs lodge. The beds were comfortable, linens of good quality. Kitchen is small, but has lots of cooking utensils and well stocked. A few things needed to improve value: clean hot tub, upgraded stereo with Bluetooth, firewood, snow removal on decks. Overall, giving 3 stars for what feels like an average and tired rental. It could use design, furniture and cleaning improvements to make the rental cost seem reasonable.

My stay at sun valley

Make sure you rent a car - nothing is within walking distance unless you are downtown or at the mountain. House is a bit old but in great shape for our group of 6 adult skiers.

Fall Bliss in the Wood River Valley

We had 7 friends staying for a long weekend during the Trailing of the Sheep festival. The house was wonderfully spacious and clean and so cozy. We had a fire at night and made use of the games provided in the living room bureau, and enjoyed the hot tub on a snowy morning. Everyone slept comfortably (though the pillows are a bit uniformly too puffy and sheets are a tad stiff). We especially appreciated the terrycloth robes, and took them to a local hot springs for a real spa experience! This home is wonderful, and I would recommend to anyone looking to have a big group or family outing in Ketchum. Vacasa was so easy to work with and very communicative!

Nice but some issues

The location was great; easy to get to town and other places in the area. We were an extended family in town for a wedding. The house was very spacious and conducive to gathering in the large great room. There were some negative aspects, though. The house is old (early 80’s) and needs some updating and repairs as well as a deep cleaning. There were cabinet doors falling off and not working properly. The large master suite upstairs did not have an available closet or any type of rack to hang clothes on. At the least, a portable clothes rack should be provided along with more hangers. Also, it was stated in the description that a hair dryer was provided. We couldn’t find one, but fortunately had brought one from home.

The home was very comfortable and my husband enjoyed the hot tub. We happened to be in Sun Valley during a heat wave unfortunately. House had many box fans to help cool rooms down. Towels and linens were plentiful. My suggestions to owners would be...all the pillows in the home were foam and very puffy...it would be nice if you had a few feather pillows for those guest who do not like large foam pillows. Also, the kitchen has a nice Cuisinart coffeemaker but it would be good if you bought a tea kettle for those guest that like hot tea. Vacasa the property management team were very helpful and courteous. We had problems with a couple doors not closing or locking all the way and we asked them to make repairs after we left.
