Nicest VRBO We've Ever Rented

We were impressed with the level of detail the owner showed in making sure the house was spotless and fully stocked with the essentials. We were on a house-hunting trip and this location was convenient to all the places we needed to go. It's very close to downtown and close to shopping and good restaurants. The nice private patio is a tranquil space to relax or enjoy dinner outside. Parking right outside the door was great. Fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to eat in instead of going to a restaurant. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Condo!

We spent three nights in Raleigh. Brenda’s condo is an excellent place to stay. It was very clean, well furnished and private. She went above and beyond expectations and even provided chocolate bars for snacks!

Very nice Clean home @ a fair price. Would return.

Our most important items when renting are:. Overall Cleanliness of home, linens, towels, comfortable beds, and quietness of area are quite important to us. We have no complaints. Owner was very pleasant and responsive to any questions or issues. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. The washer/dryer came in handy as did the basic kitchen supplies. Dedicated parking space right out front. Large TV in living room and fireplace. TV in master bedroom but none in second bedroom which was unfortunate. We are frequent users of Home Away now for years and love that other renters take the time to write thorough reviews. Me & my wife are pretty particular about our stays therefore, if your in the Raleigh area this home will not disappoint.

Southern hospitality at a wonderful price!

Spotlessly clean, wonderfully stocked with everything you could need, and in a great location for our visit to NCSU. I have already told my daughter that if she were to select a school based upon the lodging available to me when I visit, it should be NCSU. I would love to return. I gave 4 rather than 5 stars only because of bumps with the operation of the downstairs TV (which the owners corrected quickly) and the property being just beyond walkability to a grocery store.

With its close proximity to the major transportation corridors it allows for a short drive to basically anywhere in the Triangle. The location is the best! The walkability of the area is tremendous. Public transportation is less than a block away in 2 directions. bike lanes, greenways, Pocket Parks, parking on site, well maintained property- and let me say again- its central location within mins of Downtown Raleigh and short drives to Durham & Chapel Hill, or onwards to the mountains or the the best! What more can I say. I invite you to come see for yourself!

It being located within one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Raleigh to live in and within minutes of downtown Raleigh was a bonus!. Beautiful tree lined streets with majestic Oaks and seasonal Ornamental trees, Pocket Parks , Greenways, great schools, close to entertainment, shopping & more! This property has a great vibe without being pretentious. The Fall of the year in our neighborhood is The Best! Just the way I like it!
