Spring escape

Great condo with beautiful view and all the amenities we wanted. We have stayed in Alexander Towers before and this was the best property we rented. We look forward to renting again.

Wonderful Stay

We have stayed in this building for 5 years. This was the first time in this unit. It was the BEST. Had everything we wanted and was exactly as described. Well equipped kitchen, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and fabulous view.

February at the Alexander

This very bright spacious comfortable two-bedroom condo overlooking the pool, palm trees and stunning view of the ocean suited our needs perfectly. Kitchen was very well appointed and the condo had everything we could possibly want for beach enjoyment. (Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys). During our first week, there was a serious issue with WIFI /TV connection which took over a week to rectify but the owner did every he could to expedite the repairs in a timely manner. Major construction is on-going in the building but we definitely would like to return to the same condo next year when construction is completed.

Great location-property

Stayed the month of January, the unit is great, awesome views, 4th floor, easy elevators, great staff, nice beach/pool. A little construction going on but not an issue. The only issue I had was the wifi in the unit, it repeatedly went out, a few times a day. Jorge was very responsive in having comcast come out twice to try to fix it, however, never was resolved. Eventually I just ended up having to use my phone's hotspot. Not ideal for having to work from there. Overall great stay and would stay again for sure.

We're sorry to say...

We're sorry to say, but we feel we were conned into this rental. There was major construction going on on the outside of the building where concrete balconies were being removed and replaced. Although on vacation, we could not sleep in and we couldn't sit on our balcony during the day or sit around the pool because the construction noise was too loud. The notices about the construction which were posted on the building bulletin board were dated May 2023 so the owner had ample time to contact us and tell us about the work and the noise. Also, the air conditionning was so loud that it woke us up each time it came on during the night and if we were watching television, we had to put the volume almost to maximum in order to hear the program. If we had known all off this, we would not have rented this condo. We feel the owner was dishonest and VRBO should do something about this. The condo itself was as advertized and very well equiped and it could not be better situated. The beds were comfortable.

The coziest place ever!

I loved my experience staying here. The ocean theme was super cute and the apartment is very spacious. I adored that your place was very kid friendly. And I would stay here again! The ocean view was my favorite part to this property.

Wonderful place

W loved this condo . It was on the third floor which was so convenient going in and out . They were well stocked and very clean . The pool was great as was the beach . Jorge was just a text away if we needed anything .would highly recommend

Awesome

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Our host went out of his way to accommodate us. We had one small issue with the air conditioner and it was fixed immediately. The entire staff valet, pool attendant and front desk people are all very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this condo.
