Välkommen till Villa D3!

Denna bekvämt inredda villa sover fyra i två sovrum: ett med en queen size-säng och platt-TV och ett med två enkelsängar. Helt renoverade inklusive ett nytt badrum med duschkabin i full storlek (ingen badkar). Inredda i lugnande strandtoner har vardagsrummet en stor sektions- och två stolar, en plattskärms-TV, DVD-spelare och en CD-spelare / radio och är fylld med brädspel, böcker och leksaker för yngre gäster. Öppna skjutdörrarna och koppla av på den skärmade lanai eller njut av vindarna när de flyter in i vardagsrummet. Köket är fullt utrustat och har en separat matplats. Ditt fritidshus hemifrån ligger nära poolen, rekreationsrummet och tvättstugan och ligger en kort promenad till det privata strandområdet. Enheten har även In-Unit Secure Wireless Iternet!

Awesome vacation!

The location is perfect! There is a pool and a private beach with plenty of comfortable beach chairs. The pool is large and warm. The Trolley stop is almost right out front! And the Villa… oh the villa… it is stunning it has everything you could possibly need. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. In fact we arrived 2 hours early and the women working in the office opened the locked office door to interrupt her lunch break to allow us to check in early! I cannot say enough great things!

Pleasant Villa; Unpleasant Personnel (guard)

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at Casablanca. We have been going to Siesta Key annually for 15 years now and have always stayed at another location (Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club). This year we decided to explore other options and Casablanca was our choice. Our unit was absolutely perfect! Everything we needed was available and the space was so beautifully decorated, truly a vacation feel. We truly enjoyed our stay at Casablanca, especially the villa we reserved. We unfortunately did have an unpleasant moment with one of the security guards which truly left a bad taste. I’m not going to go into details but while speaking to other vacationers, they too have experienced unpleasant moments with the same guard. I plan on returning to siesta key as I have been doing for the last 15 years but because of this incident, we’re not sure we will be returning to the same location. No one should ever feelDiscriminated and much less while on vacation. It’s a shame they have someone like that working there, the office staff, the maintenance and cleaning crew were all great and professional.

It was clean, tastefully decorated and had all the amenities including sand toys and a beach umbrella. We always felt safe here and it allowed the kids to have some independence. We enjoyed taking the trolley to the village...so easy! The best part was the amazing sunsets. We will be back!

Easily felt at home in this quaint villa

Clean, nicely decorated, all necessary amenities supplied. Just a short walk to the gorgeous white sand beach and gentle waters. Shower water pressure was low; however, I'm guessing this normal for the area.

Wonderful home away from home

We loved the baby bath water temp at the pool! And loved the beach with beach chairs! A wonderful place to get lots of rest and soak up the sun!!
