Spotless house in great location

We've been renting vrbo properties for years, and this house was the cleanest we've stayed. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, which is a definite plus. The mattresses and living room furniture were extremely comfortable and overall the house is well decorated. The rooftop deck has beautiful views. The house itself is in a quiet neighborhood, just ten minutes to downtown Denver. We were visiting my son who is in student housing near Auraria campus and it was a quick trip to him and the 16th Street Mall, Larimer Square, and Denver Center for Performing Arts area. The house is a short drive to Clear Creek Canyon Park and Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre. The owners are polite and friendly and were easy to work with. We had a small problem on check in and they responded immediately and issue was resolved in no time. Overall a great experience and comfortable stay with no complaints.

Beautiful Townhouse Convenient to Downtown

My son and I enjoyed spending four days in this fabulous home while apartment hunting in Downtown Denver. The location was convenient to dining, shopping, and recreation. We highly recommend this home! Tracy was great at communicating with us prior to and during our stay. She is an amazing host - very accommodating! We hope to return!

Comfortable and convenient

Very nice, quiet town home near downtown Denver and a block away from groceries and gas. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom which suited our needs. Kitchen was well supplied too! Parking in the garage was an added benefit. Only suggestion would be to have a place to hang clothes in the first floor bedroom. Also there are three long flights of stairs which we did not mind but could be a problem for people unable to climb stairs, especially hauling luggage. Overall it was a clean, safe and quiet place to stay and we would stay there again.

Would Recommend!

The townhome is clean and well cared for. We enjoyed staying here instead of a hotel. The lake is convenient and a nice location to spend the afternoon. The owners are very communicative and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. With parking being difficult in some Denver areas, it is a real plus to have a garage to park in. A new building is being built next door. I’d check with the owners about construction prior to booking. We listened to heavy machinery and saws from 7am-5pm each day. This is not in their control but something renters should be aware of.

Beautifully furnished, contemporary, and comfortable. The kitchen was amazing!

We stayed for 8 days. This property was one of the best-stocked and most comfortable rentals we’ve stayed in. The kitchen was clean and contemporary. I appreciated having Henkel knives and plenty of appliances. The bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated and each had its own bathroom with shower. The partial view of Downtown Denver was lovely to look at day or night. Target and the grocery store were very close. The owners were very responsive to questions. We would enjoy staying here again in the future.

Superb townhome and location!

Simply Wonderful

There really is nothing bad to say about this property. We never wanted to leave. This home is beautifully decorated (if not done professionally, then major props to the owners decorating skills, as interior decor is one of my personal hobbies!). It was very clean - the single most important thing to me in a rental property! I actually put my 5 month old baby down on the floor - that’s how clean it was! (And I have high standards for cleanliness!) It had a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, large comfy couch, huge flatscreen tv with access to Netflix (my children say thank you because they were able to watch Chuggington ;) I should also note that the neighborhood was pretty quiet and the location a few blocks from Sloan’s Lake was terrific. We were able to walk to the lake with the kids and even walk to Target to pick up a few items. Also a great view from the property’s large windows. We treated this home with all of the love and respect that we would our own home, and we hope that you will too! Lastly, the owner, Tanya, was so gracious to accommodate us last minute when my family desperately needed a place to stay. We are so grateful to her, as her kindness made our vacation a super relaxing and positive experience. She was truly a blessing to us. Thank you, Tanya, from our entire family — Mark, Heidi, Carson, Rowan, baby Remy, and our nannny Elizabeth! God bless you!

Beautiful property!

This townhome exceeded my expectations. The location was great, the furnishings were stylish and the rooftop deck with view of the city line was a bonus. The home was very clean as well. We ended up staying in one night and cooking dinner; the kitchen is beautiful and was well stocked. It was convenient how close Target was. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Denver!

Amazing, everything brand new, loved it!

Great townhome in a great location. Everything we needed was provided. Kitchen was not only beautiful but well stocked. Beds were comfy and it was nice having a bathroom attached to each bedroom. The townhome has a two car garage which makes for easy parking. The rooftop deck was a nice place to unwind with a cool view of downtown. Really I can’t say enough good things about the place. I will definitely stay there again when I come back to Denver.
