Family trip

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We had 6 of our kids (24-30), and everyone had plenty of space to relax after a day on the slopes!

Great Stay in Breckenridge

Wonderful house near Main Street in Breckenridge. We lived the sledding for our grandbaby in the backyard! Everything we needed was there in the house. Highly recommend this property!

Needed break

We came to Breckenridge to bring family from Guatemala. It was a short and sweet trip but full of memories. The house was spacious and comfortable. It is very close to restaurants, groceries and shops. We loved this house and hope to return.

Beautiful property

Our family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property, which offered a pool table, hot tub, and shuffleboard table that kept our grandchildren delightfully occupied.

Great Place

Great house with plenty of room and entertainment space. Hot tub was great. They also provided plenty of paper towels, garbage bags, towels, and cooking seasonings which is always a plus.

Perfect vacation home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 2 families with a total of 9 people. This house fit us perfectly. We had everything we needed, enough paper products to last the entire 5 day stay. Hot tub was great with plenty of beach towels. There is a regular coffee pot and a keurig. The washer and dryer are large, the dryer does take a very long time to dry. Shuttle is handy for the most part, but can get behind schedule when it's really busy. We would stay here again!

Absolutely incredible property. Even better than advertised and the host was proactive and promptly responsive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, quiet place to vacation with friends and family!!

Perfect fit for our trip

We held a women's discipleship trip here and the house fit our 10-person group perfectly. Very clean and enjoyable. Check out was also extremely easy. The listing excludes many amenities that they have on site in terms of kitchen items. It was well stocked.

Walker Fam Getaway

The house was lovely. It was very clean when we arrived. The interactive info sent by Visit Breck was informative and helpful. This house is on a quiet street, and the kids could ride all of their bikes, striders, and skateboards. The pool table, shuffle board and hot tub were a big hit as well. The house was a perfect size for our family of 10. Plenty of space and entertainment areas. The kitchen area was typically ground central, and had everything we needed to cook some great meals. The house itself was very well built, with beautiful trim work throughout. The furnishings throughout were very comfortable and nice. Truly, an upgraded property. We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at this home. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and close to town. It was perfect for our group of 10 and could have fit more easily by sharing the king sized beds. I loved that there were so many KING bed options, which is tough to find in a house, particularly when not all the members of our group knew each other very well. When we had an issue with the smoke alarm chirping, they responded promptly, even on a weekend, and management checked in throughout our stay via text messages. Great time, would definitely come back!

Mostly good. Kitchen had some issues. $20 coffee maker in $2.3 mly house? Oven wasn’t in working order. Thermostats were a little tempromental. Only one garage opener worked. Might want to rethink entry besides counting on 1 9 volt battery in the cold. Otherwise very nice property

However there were a few details that would've made our stay much more comfortable. * We visited for NYE vacation and there was only 1 wine glass. We had to buy a few and leave them in the house. For what we paid for the house I think they should have wine glasses. * Nobody gave us a key to the house, we had to enter via code in the garage every time we got to the house. No remote control access for the car. *Nobody answered my VRBO messages for three days... Again, for a rental at this price point i would expect at least somebody answering the messages.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were locked out of the house because of a system flaw, few hangers, very little storage for clothes, windows in master not covered (bright early morning light, difficulty in getting tv’s to work, very little soap and other scarcity of personal care items, etc
