Great home at Keystone

Had a great stay and ski vacation at keystone. The place we well furnished and had plenty of beds for our group. Just what we needed after a long day on the mountain. Sauna and hot tub to finish off the evening was the icing on top!

Good location, Spacious condo

Great convenient location, had a sunny deck with a pretty view of the mountains, and it was the perfect amount of space for our family of five to be comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. The unit itself does need some updating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! I most liked the ease of communication with Vacasa. Any questions, they promptly responded with texts. Beds were all comfy. The condo was quiet, finding the keys was easy, and parking is available right close to the condo building. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Amazing trip

This was a splendid trip and was super roomy. It was me and the wife and we never even used the top floor other than for the magnificent view of the mountains. The surrounding area is quaint and quite amazing, and you are close to several key cities for tourist fun without being crowded. The hot tub facility was something we used several times, and we enjoyed the books recommendations. Amazing Trip!

Very nice condo

The condo suited our family of four perfectly and everything was as expected based on the online pictures. It is well located within just a few minutes drive of Keystone resort which was the reason for our stay. The property was extremely clean and furniture was nice and in very good condition. The master room bed was very comfortable. We had a great stay in Keystone at the Pines.

Great location to keystone. Keystone shuttle is right next to this condo. Everything is as expected except the beds in the bedrooms have pull out beds that are not depicted in the pictures and that caused confusion for my group. It sleeps 7 comfortably to be fair, if couples are in the bedrooms. Views are amazing.

Nice condo. Well equipped

We visited for some early season skiing. It was a nice unit. It can absorb 8 people comfortably. The only flaw is that the key card to the pool facility was not in the unit and we needed to contact Vacasa to get instructions to access it.

Great place but terrible customer service

The place was very nice with plenty go parking. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. My problem was when I was about to make a fire and noticed that there were only 3 logs. I went out to the patio as every place I've ever stayed up in the mountains will have firewood out there for the guests to use. When I didn't see any, I texted the number to find out where they had some and they responded that they only supply a "starter pack" of wood. Those three pieces lasted about 45 minutes in the fireplace and I had to buy my own wood for the rsdt of my stay. Just truly terrible customer service.

Property was nice but will not book through Vrbo again

This property was clean but there were multiple things damaged, including a huge rip in the couch, cuts on the table, screen coming out of porch door, and a broken screen and window in a bedroom. When I reported it I was never asked what in particular was damaged, was just thanked for my feedback, so hopefully I’m not charged extra. Any issues that we had with the property we had to contact Vrbo directly, which was a nightmare. Even an employee at the property was unsure why Vrbo rents properties there because any issues that arise, like parking, cannot be resolved through the property management. Access to the pool was horrible and we were only able to get in if someone was already there and let us in. Again, we were told we had to contact Vrbo with this issue.

Wonderful Trip

Our stay was awesome. The condo was payed out well for us. The two twin beds were great as we had a couple different friends of kids join us. The kitchen is very well stocked. Restaurants were packed so we prepared meals in the condo. Check in was a breeze and checkout very easy.

Feels Like Home

This vacation home definitely felt like home. It was stocked with everything you needed plus more. It was very spacious and the layout was perfect for our family. I the decor was beautiful. It was very close to the slopes if you do not have transportation Keystone provides it. We rented a car and fell in love with Arapaho for skiing. We did enjoy the gondola ride at Keystone. The best was coming back to this unit and being able start roaring fire in the awesome fireplace & gaze out at our beautiful view! We would definitely stay at Pines 2041 again!!!

Comfort & Convenience in Keystone, CO

POOL CLOSED

We really enjoy this location and property, however, we picked the property based on the amenities - more specifically the indoor pool. We stayed at this complex for 3 weekends and were never pre-warned that the pool would be closed. Yes, we understand there is a pandemic, but based on state and CDC guidelines all pools in Summit County are open with restrictions. Not the case at this complex. For three repeated weekends in a row, I had to call and find out if the pool would be open; the first weekend we suited up and ventured over to the pool to discover the bad news. You can imagine the disappointment. I would spend at least an hour each week trying to find out if our children would be able to swim the upcoming weekend. If you're booking a condo at this complex be aware that the pool and amenities may not be open and they will not let you know prior to you visit.

Beautiful Condo. Super nicely decorated.

We loved Pines 2041. Everything was awesome. The decorations were so cute. The mountain view was so beautiful. They had everything in the house. The only thing that people has to be careful is that the beds on the second floor looking to the living room are not so great for kids. It doesnt have enough barrier to prevent kids to look down, which is scary. But other than that it was amazing.
