Om boendet

Our home on Lake Bruin has 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bath ensuite a king sized bed, tv and has beautiful views of the lake. The second bedroom has twin beds, the 3rd has a queen and the fourth has a king bed with 2 sets of bunk beds. The hall bath has a washer and dryer as well.

Our kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, utensils and plenty of spices and basics if you run out. We have an electric smoker, gas grill and a charcoal grill on the deck which also has a table and chairs for 6. The deck looks out over the lake and leads out to our backyard and the pier and dock. There is a place to tie up your boat or jet skis but it is not inside the boat house. You can swim off the dock and we have steps into the water. We also have a green light for night fishing.

Nice Peaceful Stay

Everything was just as described in the VRBO listing. Plenty of space and looked very clean, Owner/manager responded very quickly to anything I asked them, Nice view of the lake from inside the house. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Just as wonderful as the description! So peaceful and inviting!

Jennifer was amazing! She got back to me quickly anytime I had a question! The house and boat dock was the quiet lady back vacation that we desperately needed and we’re hoping for! My kids, my husband and I loved it and will definitely be back!

Beautiful sunrises and sunsets

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cypress Lake House. Perfect location right on the lake, beautiful views of the sunrise/sunset, access to lake from a pier, peaceful, tranquil and family oriented. House had a very outdoor, rustic feel but clean. We had everything we needed. Jennifer was an awesome host. She was very communicative and even let us use the paddle board. Would recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing, laid back lake vacation.

Comfortable & Rooms

We had a great time at Lake Bruin! We were on the water most of the weekend and spent very little time in the house. But we slept comfortably and had everything we needed!

Great location

This camp was great for our work retreat. Pier was lovely, perfect for sunsets and we even did a little fishing by the green light. Didn’t catch anything, but saw some big ones! Beds were plenty and comfy.

Very Nice set up.

Very accommodating! Weather wasn’t the best however we made the best of it. Any day on Bruin is better than a day at home. I highly recommend.

Great, spacious lake house

Visited Lake Bruin with a group of lady friends. The home was very spacious with plenty of sleeping options and comfy couches/chairs for everyone to visit together. Would highly recommend :)

Beautiful weekend getaway

The property was as described. The photos don’t do the view from the back porch and pier Justice. You’ll have to see it for yourself. The house was well stocked and everything in the house worked perfectly. The property owners communicated promptly and effectively. We hope to visit again.

The Perfect Lake House

This property was everything we expected and more. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the living area had plenty of oversized comfortable seating for everyone to relax after a fun day on the lake. Beds were comfortable. The property owner was easy to communicate with and available for questions. We will definitely try and rent this house again.

Great Lakehouse!

I have rented several properties on this lake, and this one is certainly at the top of the list. Very clean, very well stocked, great pier with sunset views. Owner very helpful throughout the process. We will definitely be staying at the Cypress retreat again!

We fell in love with Lake Bruin after coming with friends. It's cool, clear, deep and the cypress trees and sunsets are magical! It's a truly relaxing, family oriented place and our home is the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with family and friends!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our home sleeps 12 people comfortably. We have a large open kitchen/living room that allows you to prepare meals together and watch a movie or play a game. Our dock was replaced in 2019 with new steps to the water. We also have a firepit outside for chilly winter nights. Lake Bruin is great in the summer or winter!
