Cleanses was very bad. The pans were all rust and chipping. There was dog fur al over the sheets and covers. Theetr was no light under the stove

Ski Trip

Unit was clean and all appliances worked well. Bathroom door was off its hinges and was hard to swing. Several heater vents were broken, though they did provide heat.

Ok, but . . .

Location and view was great. The property was comfortable and had great access to ski areas and restaurants. We had a few issues with appliances, like the refrigerator, not working and a few electric outlets not working, but if these and the other issues we raised were fixed, we would have no hesitation recommending this property for future rental.

Was fine.

Appreciated things being clean but house maintenance seams to be lacking. Fridge did not work and customer put in a miniature fridge. When visitors have stay at a rental they typically have an expectation of haveing a freezer, especially when we plan on making dinners. Also, the sliding door to the balcony wouldn't open, the kitchen faucet could be replaced (loose/wobbly), the "master" bedroom toilet lid was loose and kept falling and the "master bedroom shower was small and every time I tried to turn I hit the faucet with my elbow towards the hot and had to adjust repeated. (and I'm only 5'11 and 200 lbs.) If these things were fixed I would have not had much to say on the negative. And as far as 5 stars on communication, I didn't try to communicate. Don't know how that would of turned out if I had tried to complain or enquire about

Great location

So this condo is very conveniently located the views are gorgeous. If I had any complaint it would be that it needs a deep clean. There needs to be mattress covers on the mattresses. There was dog hair in the comforter upstairs and on the furniture. The carpet runners need replaced downstairs. If they would deep clean this place and just replace a few items it would be much warmer place. Also the bedroom remote did not work for the tv. We would stay again as it was great for our size family but I would hope to see some better cleaning

Not what expected

No communication in order to let us know where everything is. I had no idea there was no washer/dryer. If there's one somewhere in campus, there's no instructions for where it is. Tvs didn't work (1 did). Bathroom fan sounded like a freight train. Bathrooms are tiny, tiny toilets, but the place was pretty clean.

Good place, terrible management

The home was nice, the only complaint was the very tiny shower in one of the bathrooms which also was leaking the entire time. The dripping noise was loud enough to hear while laying in bed. While this was just a minor inconvenience, the management company was terrible. We had a lot of issues getting registered for parking, and instead of helping us, they just gave us the phone number of the local HOA to call. Turns out that it was the wrong HOA. I spent a combined 4 hours on hold with several different people to finally get the parking permits we needed.

Beautiful location. Close to everything. Lots of room.

The condo is up on a mountain. The view from the balcony, and even the parking lot, are spectacular and at night you can see every star. It is just down the street from one of the best hiking trails, lily pad lake, and a short drive to many others. The condo itself was very nice and comfortable. Big enough for our 6 people. The loft, 2 beds a couch and an oversized tv, was a huge hit with the kids, and the other bedrooms were big and have comfortable beds. The two giant skylights bring in a ton of light, and the water pressure in the showers is great. If you are looking for snazzy and super updated, this is not the place, but if you are looking for comfortable and roomy with fantastic views, don’t pass it up! Will definitely go back.

Dirty

The space itself would have been nice but the bathrooms were not cleaned well at all. Shower liners were dirty there was hair in the bathrooms toilet not cleaned .there was hair in one of the beds and in the ice in the freezer. My stay was not comfortable because I felt like the place wasn’t clean and that there were germs surrounding me....I had to wipe down everything with Lysol wipes but still did not feel comfortable. Entryway and hallways Into the building were also dirty.

Good option for reasonably priced stay near ski mountains

It was a little difficult to find in the dark upon arrival and google maps was not detecting the specific building since there were at least 8 in this complex, but once we found it getting into the unit was a breeze. The space was adequate for our short stay, no overhead lighting made the space a bit dark. The property was very responsive when we alerted them there was no more dishwashing fluid and dropped it off promptly while we were out. Very close to a bunch of ski mountains, which is why we chose this stay.

Has Everything You Need!

Cute, updated space. We really enjoyed staying there. It also had every kitchen tool needed, unlike some places we've stayed. The only complaint would be the Dish and Wifi didn't work very well.
