Vackert uppdaterat, ombyggt hem i Tucson Mountain Foothills. Stor trädgård med utomhuskök, eldstad, säsongsöppen pool och fantastisk utsikt över bergen. Perfekt för familjesammanträden. Kockens kök med alla nödvändigheter du behöver för att laga familj måltider. 3 uppdaterade sovrum med smarta TV-apparater. Nya uppdaterade badrum. Lugnt familjeområde. Massor av barnvänliga bekvämligheter: leksaker, böcker, disk och gunga.

Just nu har vi en ombyggnad specialpris eftersom vi måste avsluta några små projekt. Vi måste hyra vårt hus före årets slut för skatter. Projekten kommer att ställas på medan vi har gäster.

Experience Tucson

The property had all the amenities, an excellent back yard with a fantastic view, multiple places to gather both inside and in the yard, and a television everywhere you might want one. The host provided us with everything you would want to know about the house and Tucson attractions. Everyone in our party loved this place.

4 day get away to Tucson with spouse and son.

Wonderful stay at this awesome house. Clean, comfortable, spacious with a fantastic backyard. After our day adventures we were able to relax in the backyard with a view of the mountains and across the valley. Grilled our steaks and ate on the back porch. Did I mention the backyard? Really nice! Cheryl is a very nice host, responsive and communicated with her easily.

House worked out great for us

We were in town for U of A graduation, with extended family. The house had plenty of space and beautiful views. We were able to relax and enjoy our time in Tucson.

Oasis location

Lovely updated bedrooms and bathrooms. Great outdoor kitchen. Lots of places to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. Cheryl was very responsive!

Snowbirds

Greetings, We had a great stay at your wonderful home. We were escaping a Minnesota winter. The location is near some fabulous hiking trails. We had great weather and enjoyed some great hikes. The house was very clean and roomy. Neighborhood is not great but what can you do. Our favorite room was of course the patio. We had some great dinners there under the pergola. Loved the kitchen. Wish I had a gas stove. The bathrooms were great. Showers were fantastic! We grew very comfortable there. We enjoyed your pots and gardens. The trees were leafing out. Beautiful! I ordered some snapdragon seeds and will get my own going. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. Congrats on your organization skill. Very smooth operation. Loved it. Dave and Ginny Lenz

Wonderful home!

This is a wonderful house. We had 5 adults in our party and we all had plenty of room. There is both a living room and family room - 2 comfy places to hang out. Very homey and comes with a terraced backyard that is amazing!

This house was a great base camp for exploring saguaro national park. When we weren’t exploring, there were plentiful places to relax.

Tucson getaway

Great house for families with kids of all ages. I have never stayed in a house that has everything you could possibly need, and then some. The kitchen was well stocked with good knives, plenty of dishes, cookware and utensils, The house is very roomy so people can spread out. Bathrooms are lovely and we had plenty of thick towels. Location is convenient to stores and a short drive into town. We will be back!!

Nice house. Plenty of seating in family room. Wonderful outdoor space with an excellent grill/ outdoor kitchen. Different outdoor seating areas, pool. Lovely views. Would definitely stay there again

Had a really lovely stay. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The backyard space was very picturesque. Checking in/out was easy and Cheryl was quick to respond if we had any questions or needed anything. Great place to stay in Tucson!

Lovely Desert Home Rental in Northwest Tucson

Excellent and prompt communication with the owner. She clearly cared about making our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Lovely renovated home and back outdoor space with a pool, outdoor kitchen and dining, and a fire pit! Located in the northwest part of Tucson with lovely desert views. Close to shopping and restaurants. Superb organization inside the home with labels and instructions. Everything needed was provided, including lots of items for families traveling with young children and babies (which we did not need but we were impressed to see those things were available!) I would highly recommend this property for travelers to Tucson, and would definitely consider staying here again!

Beautiful views

Private large peaceful backyard with beautiful views. House was very well stocked and prepared for families. Clean comfortable and easy drive to the university. We had a great stay. Would love to come back in pool season:)

Fabulous stay

We loved the house and the outdoor space. We used the pool and all three patios. The hosts have thought of EVERYTHING a guest would need. Super desert setting.

10/10 would absolutely stay here again!

If they'd let me...I'd buy this property in a heartbeat! It was perfect. Every detail - every nuance - every thing we could have possibly wanted or needed was provided from coffee to sunscreen. Beds were comfortable. Real REAL furniture! Gorgeous vintage and antique pieces really set a good tone. No cheap, uncomfortable ikea junk here. That is appreciated!! Lots of extra everything! Blankets, towels...ALL of it. Property mgrs were incredible(Mindy & Mr). Kudos to them! We've stayed in many, many vacation rentals and these two folks & this place should be used as a model for all others. To reiterate - it's impossible to capture how outstanding this home is in photos. I tried! 🤣🤣 We never felt crowded - backyard is stunning. Outdoor kitchen is an actual "kitchen"!

Cheryl is a retired teacher /school librarian and Doug, a retired grocery store manager. We love the outdoors and appreciate the location of our house. We raised our 4 daughters here. We're heading to Spain to stay with the oldest daughter and travel through Europe. We hope you will take care of our personal home while we're gone . We've locked up our personal things in several storage rooms and expect them to be left alone.

The weather in Tucson can almost guarantee you perfect weather all the time (ok, maybe not the summer) and the pool helps when it's hot.

We have an amazing property manager who will ensure your comfort while staying at our house We do not use an impersonal property management company who don't worry about the details of our house. You can be sure the house will be clean, safe and provided with everything you need for your vacation.
