The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 75 m² flat for rent, which can comfortably accommodate 4 people. This charming duplex apartment is located on the 4thᵉ staircase floor of a building on the Place de Bretagne in the heart of Rennes. With its meticulous, eclectic decor blending 70s Scandinavian lines, period furniture and antiques, it benefits from all the facilities you need for your stay in Brittany's capital.

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A fully-equipped kitchen/diner, including electric kettle, toaster, hob, microwave, oven, etc.
- A dining area with a round dining table
- A lounge area with sofa, armchair, television with TV box and internet access
- Bedroom 1 with king-size bed, storage space, desk and armchairs
- A bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC

1ᵉʳ floor:
- Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, "school tables" bedside tables, dressing table and various storage units

The house is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You will benefit from being close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Le Bretagne "It was comfortable accommodation. other reviewer has already mentioned that the room located 4th floor with tiny stair, no lift. It is clearly stated in on this listing, if it is acceptable this accommodation highly recommend. I was parked car at Parking Chézy-Dinan C-PARK where located 5 min. from the accommodation. Some of C-PARK parking has offered weekly special price days in 30EUR per 1week. It was good for me but my case I need to go another parking place (Parking Les Lices C-Park) where their office located to get the offer."

Le Bretagne The flat is exactly as in the pictures, the upper room with two single beds is indeed small, but the rest of the apartment very spacious. I want to highlight the comfort of the apartment as it is very well equipped and everything you might need - in our case a business trip - is there: hot iron, washing machine with washing powder, laundry rack, coffee, olive oil... etc. pp. That was fantastic. The windows were soundproof. Only thing that was really negative: Different than stated, we did not get a second key for my colleague.

Gillade: Renlighet, incheckning och annonsens riktighet

Logement agréable

Logement agréable avec une belle vue sur les toits. La chambre principale est très belle, avec un lit très confortable. Cependant le logement est globalement meublé de manière sommaire. Il est aussi très difficile de se garer à un tarif raisonnable dans les environs. Enfin le logement est situé au 4e étage sans ascenseur.

Le Bretagne "Einen sehr gut gelegene Wohnung im 4 Stock ohne Aufzug. Das Treppenhaus (mit 71 sehr unterschiedlich hohe Stufen ) ist etwas schmal. Also nichts für kleine Kinder. Die Wohnung war sauber und es war bis auf ein scharfes Messer alles da was man benötigt. Sehr nett war auch das wir für eine Wochen 2 Spülmaschinentape und 2 Waschmaschinentape bekommen hatten. Die 2 Einselbetten unter dem Dach sind für Erwachsene, die größer als 1,75m sind nicht so gut geeignet, da sie sehr kurz sind. Für Kinder jedoch perfekt und auch sehr bequem. Das Hauptschlafzimmer war sehr groß. Im dem Bett kann man locker mit einem Kleinkind schlafen. Die Küche ist die sehr klein und nicht geeignet für große Mahlzeiten zu kochen, da nur 2 Herdplatten. Jedoch gibt es in der Umgebung so viele Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen, das man nicht unbedingt kochen muss. Die Badewanne ist zum baden etwas zu klein, jedoch zum Duschen völlig ok. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnung"

Le Bretagne un buen sitio para visitar Rennes, y toda la Bretaña, que queda a tiro de piedra. Incluso Nantes y Mont Saint Michel. Dejar el coche en el parking des Lyces es una opción perfecta: 25 eur/semana y 5min andando. El apartamento ha estado bien para una familia de cuatro. especialmente las habitaciones, grandes y que permiten intimidad en ciertos momentos del día.
