Söker göra minnen ... detta är ett perfekt familj och vänner stil hus. Lätt att leva på en nivå medan du är på din badlov. Mycket utrymme för hela familjen eller gruppen ... en vacker privat inhägnad bakgård med dess mogna landskapsarkitektur. Ett stort solrum som öppnar upp för en stenlagd uteplats och gasgrill. Även om det skulle vara så enkelt att sitta och läsa en bra bok eller fånga upp din favoritbana på Netflix på storskärms-TV ........ inte så snabbt! Du är 5 minuter till de bästa stränderna i Charleston, 14 minuter till charmiga centrum och hur är det lunch på den vackra Shem Creek som tittar på räkbåtarna fångar sin fångst medan delfinerna väntar på sin del.

Okej, nästan en strandstuga :) Så nära du kan komma till Isle of Palms utan att vara på Island. Kom och upptäck denna fina nyligen ombyggda strand dekorerade en plan hem i ett lugnt område. Stranden är inte bara några minuter bort utan du omges av över 20 av de bästa restaurangerna, butiksaffärer, frukostplatser, biografer och mer.

Befälhavaren har en kung och andra sovrum har en drottning och ett stort sovrum med stor storlek har en drottning och rulla säng ...

Välfyllda hem, vi har försökt tänka på allt du behöver för att göra din vistelse bekväm. Priset är mindre än 2 hotellrum tvärs över gatan ... sover enkelt 7 och vi älskar hund så bara fråga.

Jag älskar det här området och vill att alla som besöker detta hem ska ha den bästa upplevelsen. Vi försöker verkligen göra varje upplevelse till det bästa och husen så rena och bekväma som möjligt för vår roliga funky lilla stadsdel. Vi kallar dem "Nästan strandhus" eftersom de alla är stugstilar och det närmaste grannskapet till stranden på Mount Pleasant-sidan av kontakten.

Excellent location and layout for a family vacation.

Loved our stay. It was very convenient to IOP and shops and restaurants are right across the street. The neighborhood is quiet. The fenced backyard was perfect for privacy and our family pet. Will definitely look to stay again.

Family getaway

My siblings and I took our mother for a Charleston getaway. We like staying in Mt Pleasant and this property was perfect for us. Enjoyed one level living. Property was very clean and just as listed. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location. House was very clean and comfortable. Our dog loved the fenced in yard, and the neighborhood was great for walks. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels/pillows, etc. The kitchen was well stocked. And, a full size washer and dryer. Would definitely stay again!

Great home with a wonderful host

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving family trip. The home was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. It has a great layout for 3 adult couples with a fenced backyard. Very nice neighborhood that is conveniently located. Great shopping nearby . The host was great and immediately responsive. We will definitely return .

Great Stay and Wonderful Hostess

Without a doubt, this is the best experience we have had with a rental, all due to the great communication and accommodating nature of the hostess. A special touch was the sand bucket filled with sweet and salty treats. The house is in a great location, with quick access to the IOP and within 5 minutes of grocery stores, shopping ,and restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet and well established. The home was squeaky clean and well stocked. We would stay here again.

LOVED this house!

LOVED this house. It was so clean and private. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. We brought our small dogs and they had the best time in the backyard. We drove and ubered back and forth to downtown and it was easy and affordable. I would love to come back one day. One of my favorite rentals I’ve stayed at.

Nice quiet stay near Charleston and Isle of Palms

Very convenient to get to the beach without the hassle of staying on the island. Perfect for a small family get away with doggies. Love the sunroom and backyard. Backyard is very private to be in a neighborhood. Enjoyed walking our dogs around the neighborhood. Also, very close to shopping areas and restaurants! Owner was out of town, but her daughter was quick to answer any questions we had. Overall a great stay!

Baseball Tournament

We were satisfied with our stay. We were in Charleston for a baseball tournament at Shipyard Park. The house was fairly convenient to the park and very close to eating and markets. However, the refrigerator need repair as the freezer doesn't keep items frozen. Overall, it was nice.

Love Mt. Pleasant

House was even better than described…. First of all we were extremely impressed with the cleanliness. In addition, the listing was very well equipped. Sufficient starter items PLUS a fun pail of snacks and treats! Lots of beach towels and comfortable sand chairs for our trip over to Sullivan’s Island……which by the way, is an easy 7 minutes away. The house is close to all sorts of shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our visit to Boone Hall Plantation and Gardens …only a few minutes drive from the house. “Thank you” to our hosts for a great stay.

Very comfortable

The property is conveniently located near many options and minutes to the beach. Home is very clean and has many amenities including a bucket full of salty with sweet treats and Keurig with coffee. How can you not feel like you are at home? We slept well as bed was comfortable. Beach chairs and towels for the beach were available. Owner has thought about any need that may come up and has stocked the property well. Our pups had a fenced in yard which is very nice. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your nice property!

Fantastic Experience

This house is exactly what we needed for a family of 6 with dogs! We were in for a baseball tournament and some beach time. The house was 15 min from the Shipyard and 10 min to IOP. We arrived to find the house very clean with a basket of goodies that my teenagers quickly enjoyed. The house had all the appliances/utensils that made it feel like home. Cindy was a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to make our stay outstanding! She gave fantastic tips on where to walk the dogs as well as restaurants. I would highly recommend this property, we will be back on our next visit!

Perfect trip with dog!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Cindy is a fantastic host and beyond accommodating. I traveled with my goldendoodle and he absolutely loved the yard. My favorite part was the screened in porch. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. The house had everything we needed. The location is perfect, super quick to get anywhere. We made it a routine to drive to Sullivan's Island in the mornings and let the dogs run around on the beach. Definitely hope to stay here again in the future!

A Birthday Celebration

There were 6 of us family and friends and our accommodations were just perfect. A king and a queen for the 2 couples and a queen and a twin for two adult singles. It was a perfect setup for us. Everything one could want/need was provided. We would certainly book this again. It is in a great location to get to Charleston, Folly Beach, Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms. The home was very clean and linens were well appointed as was the whole place. Cindy Hunt was most accommodating.

Perfect family spot for exploring the Charlestown Area

Perfect spot to explore Charlestown and the area. 8 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes to downtown Charlestown. Cindy, the owner, was in touch before we got there giving recommendations on what to do and where to eat. We arrived to a beach pail filled with treats for each of our kids. The location made it easy to enjoy the beach and downtown and our dog enjoyed his downtime in the quiet, friendly neighborhood. The house was so comfortable for our family of 5 plus a dog. We were able to spread out and relax. There is a supermarket across the road and a Target in case you forget anything. Highly recommend and would look to return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay in Mt. Pleasant and the location was great for the beach, going in to Charleston and local restaurants and shopping. Cindy was very easy to communicate with and making arrangements when there were some changes to the original plan. We would definitely stay again.

If you are looking for something close to the beach with out the price tag, this home could be the closest one available. No traffic to deal with!!! Save money !!! Close to so many of the restaurants with 20 plus fabulous choices all within 1/2 mile you will be able to afford to eat out more:). Shopping and entertainment are also so close. Downtown is a quick 10-15 minutes away. Mount Pleasant has a large assortment of antique and eclectic find shop's for those ready for a day away from the sun and fun. So much to do, so little time!!!! This vacation home is open, roomy and cheery . A great outdoor private yard. Because we all enjoy cottage-like atmospheres, we chose our home in a funky, quiet and rather eccentric small neighborhood where locals as well as vacationers can revel and relax in its casual vibe.

I love this neighborhood and want everyone who visits these homes to have the best experience. We really try to make each stay special and the homes as clean and comfortable as possible for guest. We call them "Almost Beach Houses" because they are all cottage style homes and the closest neighborhood to beach on the Mount Pleasant side of the Isle of Palm Connector.
