Welcome to Arles!
Nestled in the heart of the historic center of Arles, 2 minutes walk from the arena of Arles and a few minutes from the train station. This house is fully equipped with all the necessary facilities, WIFI, TV, sheets, towels, utensils, etc...
Located near all shops, restaurants and places of interest in the city.
The accommodation is composed :
- 1st room: 1 double bed 180x200 and separable into 2 single beds 90x200, with an adjoining bathroom/WC
- 2nd bedroom : 1 double bed 160x190 and separable into 2 single beds 80x190 with adjoining bathroom/WC
- On the 1st floor : a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, etc...)
- A living room: dining area, and a double sofa bed.
- Mezzanine : Very comfortable reversible sofa in 160 x 190, TV

TRAVEL LIGHT: The household linen (sheets, towels...) is included. A complete and thorough cleaning is done before each arrival.

Nice little house in Arles

Nice place in center Arles, excellent host. Walking distance from every turist attraction and plenty bars and restaurants. Also a short walking distance from the train station.

Very spacious and great location

We enjoyed our stay. The host was lovely and communicated well. Very good quiet location. Very authentic experience to stay in this apartment. There are quite steep stairs and the lights are not so bright, that is my only caveat- if mobility issues. But overall very Vgood

A month in Arles

Great location, close to everything including a large grocery store. House is full of steps but was easily manageable by two seniors.

A good stay

Everything was as advertised. It was a really nice place to stay. The only note I would make it is that nearby parking was a challenge. The streets were a bit too narrow for a car in front of the place and the nearby parking lot was 40 euros per day. But other more economical lots were within walking distance.

Arles get away

Property was as advertised. Steps are hazardous so the house is not appropriate for the elderly or for young children. Vrbo should standardize the minimum things that a property should provide for guests. Like hand soap in bathroom and kitchen.

What a fantastic home the 5 of us loved it. The location was unbeatable. We were three adults and two children. Be aware there are many steep stairs if you can manage stairs you will love this home. It’s clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Regis was so kind and helpful. He had fantastic recommendations for dinner and was quick to respond to my questions. Check in and out was easy. I highly recommend this home and would stay here again.

Perfect little house in the centre of Arles

We loved this house! It's location was perfect, in the centre of Arles near all the monuments and museums. The house itself is on the corner of a small and narrow street; it's an old house from the outside, but also modern from the inside. Tastefully decorated, with all the facilities you could need. We would love to come back and explore more of this beautiful town and the region. WOur communication with Regis was also perfect; he gave us is a good top for a restaurant for our first night, which was exactly what we needed. The only disadvantage of the house was the absence of parking space, which resulted in is having to pay 40 euros per day for our car. Otherwise, a perfect score for this house!

Agréable

Accueil et gestion optimaux. Très réactifs et attentifs. Situation parfaite. Confortable. Seul bémol: dans le descriptif précisez que la 3° chambre n'a pas de sanitaire et qu'il faut accéder au sanitaire en passant par une autre chambre.

Nous avons terminé l'année 2023 à Arles et avons apprécié la situation de la maison qui permet de visiter la ville à pied. Le quartier est également très calme et la maison confortable, mais à noter toutefois qu'il vaut mieux avoir une bonne forme physique pour assumer les nombreux escaliers étroits et raides....

Wunderschönes, zentral gelegenes Häuschen

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) haben 10 wunderschöne Tage in diesem niedlichen Haus verbracht und es sehr genossen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und liegt sehr zentral. Die Arena erreicht man beispielsweise fussläufig in weniger als 10 Minuten. Trotzdem ist es nachts unglaublich ruhig gewesen, das liegt unter anderem natürlich daran, dass in den kleinen Gassen keine Autos fahren können. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos und wir wurden mit vielen guten Tipps versorgt. Eigentlich suchen wir uns immer gerne neue Reiseziele, bei diesem schönen Objekt und den vielen Möglichkeiten, die die Gegend bietet, bin ich mir allerdings nicht sicher, ob wir dieses Haus nicht doch nochmal anmieten werden.

Character-filled stone home on a quiet Pedestrian Street

In the heart of the old town, this house is well-placed for strolling to all the sights and shops in Arles without worrying about a car or parking. We were not warned that the house is tall and narrow, and the rooms arranged over 4 floors with lots of narrow steep stairs - not a problem for us, but for people with small children or mobility issues it would be. The kitchen was excellently furnished with everything you could need. A very charming property, just a few blocks from the Roman Arena, and so quiet at night you can hear a pin drop. Regis supplied us with a list of things to see and places to eat.

Charmante maison de ville

Maison toute en hauteur, sur 4 étages, avec du charme, typique du centre ville, très bien équipée. Très bon accueil avec beaucoup de conseils de visites de la ville et des environs, d'endroit pour se garer. Seul bémol : les lits ne sont pas faits à l'arrivée.

Rustic charm, great hospitality, excellent location

This place was a real gem. It was conveniently located, had space for our family, was tastefully decorated, extremely clean, and cozy, and had a well equipped kitchen with nice dishes and cookware. Communication with the host was good. My only bone to pick is that the ad said we'd have AC but when we arrived the rental person said we shouldn't use it because it bothered the neighbors. The temperature was comfortable without it, but we had to sleep with the windows open and we're bitten by mosquitoes. Overall a great stay and I'd stay there again and recommend it to family and friends.

Séjour très agréable dans une maison de village atypique

Belle maison de village ancienne rénovée, dans une petite ruelle piétonne. Attention, pour les personnes âgées où ayant des difficultés à marcher: la maison est en trois/quatre niveaux avec un escalier étroit. Equipement complet. Aucun bruit la nuit. Les salles de bain/WC sont associés aux deux chambres (pas de toilettes ailleurs). Accueil sympathique du loueur. Excellent souvenir de ce séjour assorti du beau temps.
