The "adult" kids wanted to go to the beach for a week and just relax. Momma made it happen. That just what we did sat on the beach all day and just relaxed.

Loved this rental it’s ground level steps from the ocean :) my kiddos loved that we was steps from the pool since the was no swimming in the ocean due to dangerous rip currents.

Great location

Great location right on the beach. The condo has what you need for the first few days but you’ll likely need to restock on a few household necessities like trash bags, paper towels, detergents etc. overall it was an extremely pleasant experience. One thing that should be made known is that the beach chair and umbrella set that is complementary comes pre-tagged and assigned with your stay. We read on the welcoming paper that you needed to see the beach attendant. Well, the person at the attendant stand did not tell us this until our second day of asking. No big deal, I just think a little more information would have gone a long way. I would definitely recommend this rental and will likely return!

Restorative Reset

After working in healthcare during the pandemic for the past two years, we set out on a last minute adventure to Miramar Beach for a very needed vacation. After a friend recommended the Beach House Complex, we found our delightful 101D! Booking was easy and we set out on our road trip. The Vacasa team set helpful, informative and timely with text messages throughout the process. They also were responsive and extremely helpful with the needs we had. When we arrived, we were greeted by a cute welcome mat and then an amazing view from of the Gulf from the moment we opened the door. The ground level view of the Gulf was beautiful and we enjoyed being able to go in and out of our patio door. The unit is on the end of the complex which created a quiet private space. The unit was immaculate, truly. I walked around looking for any dirt or grime and did not find any. I had brought my own disinfectant and didn’t feel the need to pre clean like I have in other rentals. The beds are all made up with white hotel like linens. They are lightweight so if you need heavy blankets consider bring them. There are no dust ruffles or bedspreads or fluffy finishes so you get a clean streamlined feel. The wall art creates that homey feel without the need for dust bunny decor. Kitchen: newer appliances, so clean! The kitchen was finished with high quality cabinets and counters. So, it was easy to keep clean. It may not be modern but the finishes are durable and again very cleanable. The dishes, pots and pans, accessories were all thoroughly thought through. Not new, but really useable and cleanable. There are two heavy duty garbage bags. We only used those two throughout our stay. We did bring extra just in case. We did not need more dish soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper or paper towels. But, we brought extra. There were only three of us so you would probably need more if you had more people. Run the disposal when you arrive and before you leave just to keep it fresh. The dining area was really comfortable. My kids even asked if we could get the same dining chairs for home. We ate our meals there and played games. Again, super clean and easy to keep clean. The tile floor throughout the unit is of high quality. It’s not the cool new vinyl plank people like but it is so much better in quality and cleanliness. There is a broom and vacuum in the unit for sand clean ups. The living room has new, pretty, and comfortable furniture that is different than the pictures were at the time. The couch is really high quality. I feared my kids would injure it so we kept it covered with the sheets from the pullout set. The two side chairs were Uber comfortable and had comfy ottomans as well. I worked from those chairs looking at the gulf while having my coffee before the kids woke up. You can see dolphins in the distance. There are coasters everywhere which I appreciated greatly to avoid injuring the furniture. The TV seemed great and big! We didn’t watch a ton but there was cable and we were able to attach our Nintendo Switch as well. Overall, the living room was cozy, practical, clean, and a great spot to look at the view. The front bedroom was perfect. I believe it was two full sized beds. They were bouncy spring mattresses and my children slept well. I was worried because the window overlooks the parking lot and outdoor hallways. But, it was never loud out there. There were laundry baskets in the closet which were really helpful to maintain our routines from home. The extra chair was great to have in the room as well. There is a TV on which we did watch a couple of movies, which was fun! There is a full Jack and Jill bathroom attached to the front bedroom and the hall. My son said the water pressure was “hard and relaxing”. Again, the bathroom was clean and durable. Not brand new, but I will take nicer older finishes over new...

Beach house 101D

This unit was the most well equipped unit I have ever stayed in on vacation. We like to cook, instead of going out to eat , and everything we needed, in regards to cooking , was in the unit, The furniture was different than what was posted in the advertisement picutre of the unit , but not a big deal.

Perfect for family's

We had a great time. Loved that it was right on the beach. Having little children being able to come up for nap time was a wonderful. The condo provided everything we may have needed. Along with plenty of towels.

Amazing Location

Once you open the front door and immediately see ocean, you then know you have chosen the perfect spot! The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies and the condo itself was very clean. I would definitely stay here again. This location is definitely a gem!

Beach Time

This location provided us easy access to the beach, additional rental chair vendor and walking distance to The Surf Hut and other businesses. Our freezer and ice maker were not in working function during our stay and the refrigerator door light was out, but we made the most of it. We were provided with bags of ice once the issue was reported to maintenance. Defiantly bring laundry pods, dishwasher pods and TP if you are staying more than 2 days. We were a group of 8 staying for 4 nights and by day 3, we were out of TP. They provide 2 rolls per bathroom - that includes the roll already open and used. If you plan on cooking and doing laundry, you must pack some with you. The gym is closed due to COVID. The place was clean upon arrival, front desk accommodating with any questions, time gap from arrival to check in, etc.

Perfect place in a perfect spot!

We loved unit 101D at the Beach House Condos! It had a perfect layout and you can’t beat the location. It’s on level 1 on the right end (as you are looking at the beach) of the building, on the end!! There is a public beach access boardwalk to the right of the unit, but it was never too crowded. You have a great view even with it being on the 1st floor! The condo have everything you need for a week’s stay except extra trash bags and dish detergent. We always pack our own clothes soap, so no big deal there was none. Check in and check out are super easy as codes needed are sent via email the day before arrival. Upon our arrival, the front door would not shut completely but the work order that was already put in before we arrived had been worked on and our door was fixed! With the above said, you cannot go wrong with staying here whether you have kids like we do, or not! It’s a fantastic place!!

Nice!

If you don’t want to climb steps, this condo is the one. It’s ground level, steps to the beach and on the corner end so nobody is walking by past you while you sit on the back patio.
