Spacious, modern, peaceful two-storey family home nestled by Currimundi Lake
A spacious two-storey family home, nestled in a quiet, peaceful street steps away from Currimundi Lake and walking distance to beaches.
4 oversized bedrooms, highlighted by the ground floor Master with King Size bed and ensuite with walk-in robe, along with its own private entrance and access to the front courtyard.
Upstairs you will find Bedroom 2 featuring a queen size bed and built-in robes. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a double bed also. Bedroom 3 features a bunk bed, with double down low and a single above. There is access to additional rollout or inflatable mattresses if you require additional bedding (for a fee).
Air conditioning is plentiful throughout the house, using a multitude of split-system reverse cycle units. (Bedroom 4 - south facing, is the only room without AC. Ceiling fans are in every room and bedroom, and additional pedestal fans are available).
The living and entertaining areas are massive, and will comfortably accommodate 2 families should you wish to holiday together. The outdoor dining table is a 10-seater, overlooking the neat backyard as well as the beautiful magnesium inground pool.
An outdoor shower will also help you rinse off the salt and sand from the beach or the lake before enjoying the serenity and joy of the striking home.
