Enjoy walking to the shops and restaurants of Seacrest Beach North, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach, all while staying just a short free tram ride away from the unmatched beaches of the beautiful Emerald Coast! This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom coastal condo is situated right on 30A and just above all the shops in Seacrest Beach North. Your family will love cute beachside village where they can ride bikes or hang out around the 2 community pools! Check out the weekend farmers market in Rosemary Beach, and be sure check out all the unique shops and delicious restaurants along the way.

The Devon is a coastal open concept condo that comfortably sleeps 8. As you enter the unit you will notice the open feel and the natural light that comes in through the condos private balcony. This balcony situated off the condos family room/dining area looks out over the shops and restaurants below. The dining table has seating for 6, while the well appointed kitchen boasts seating for an additional 4 at the kitchen bar. Moving out of the main living area down the hallway you'll find the master ensuite boasting a king bed and the ensuite featuring a dual vanity, large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed, while the second guest room has full over full bunkbeds. These guest rooms share a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
