As soon as you walk through the door, you’re greeted with pristine interiors that seamlessly blend modern comforts with a distinct beachside appeal. Unwind in the generous living spaces that take full advantage of its coveted waterfront location offering tranquil beach views and quick beach access

The well-appointed bedrooms offer luxurious sleeping arrangements with all necessary modern conveniences. An air conditioning systems, ensuring your comfort in warmer months. Three full-sized bathrooms, including one with a bathtub, compensate the morning rush, while a laundry room with washer and dryer takes care of all your clean-up needs.

At the heart of the property is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with high-end appliances such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, oven, and a refrigerator. Soldiers Point lies on a peninsula that juts out from the southern shores of Port Stephens and separates the eastern third of the port from the western two-thirds. It is surrounded by absolute waterfront. With stunning waterways, tranquil bushland and calm safe swimming beaches all on offer, you'll never want to go leave.
This is a great location for you to watch the sunset over the water.
It s close to the popular Nelson Bay, and shares many of the same traits as its neighbours. There is a fine marina, a relaxed lifestyle and calm beach waters. The jetties on either side of the point offer great fishing.
Soldiers Point Marina provides the perfect hub for exploring the magnificent waterways and hinterland of Port Stephens - a region covering nearly 1,000 square kilometres of scenic diversity, mild weather and extensive tourist facilities. Totally rebuilt to world-class standards, the marina offers the boatowner a state-of-the-art base, with a quality of services and facilities rarely seen on the eastern seaboard.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.

Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.

A $1000 Security Deposit (pre authorisation) is to be held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or visa.

You can check in anytime between the hours of 3pm and 5pm on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.

The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Stunning View

Stunning view, we stayed for 5 nights, 1st time so close to the water, it was so good to see the dolphins swim past each morning while we were having a cup of coffee. It is located in such a quite peaceful area but not too far from anything else. The property was lovely and clean when we arrived, with plenty of room for everyone. Definitely value for money.I highly recommend this property to other families.
