Welcome to Oceana, a beautiful holiday rental tucked away amongst the back beaches of Rye. With the capacity to comfortably sleep up to 13 guests across two beautifully appointed dwellings, this property perfectly blends luxury with homely comfort.

Step inside the stunningly renovated main house to find an impressive layout with two modern bathrooms, and a spectacular living area, which blends seamlessly with the luxury outdoor entertaining space, complete with outdoor living with BBQ. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts state-of-the-art appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy the small luxuries, featuring a coffee machine and dishwasher for your convenience. With ducted heating, gas heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi - this property ensures your stay will be comfortable, no matter the season.

The bedrooms offer various bed sizes providing flexibility whether you're a family or a group of friends. The main king bedroom comes with the added luxury of an ensuite bathroom. You'll also find a washer and dryer on site making those longer stays a breeze.

There is a second dwelling located at the property's facade, which can host an additional 4 guests. It is equipped with an open-plan living/dining area, additional bathroom, and kitchenette—offering a great space for the kids to call home or for the extended family to comfortably stay. (This can be offered for an additional fee of $300 per night)

Located just a short drive from Rye's stunning beaches and vibrant town centre, Oceana puts you right in the heart of some of the Peninsula's best attractions. At Oceana, you get to enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding area, providing a serene backdrop for your well-deserved break, while appreciating the convenience of just a mere 500m from Rye Beach and less than a 10-minute walk. Sand and surf of the spectacular Rye Back Beach and only a short 5-minute drive to the Rye Front Beach and local shops.

If your Short Stays property has an open fireplace and would like to use it on your stay, we can provide it at a cost of (1 x 20kg bag, 1 x kg kindling $45 Its recommended that 1 x bag will last 1 night). We require at least 48 hours' notice and for large orders, delivery fees may apply.
