This trendy and well-appointed home is nestled in the heart of one of Newcastle's main suburbs , this trendy home offerings the perfect versatile getaway. The peaceful and secluded oasis alfresco and private backyard is perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring all Newcastle has to offer.
The living space and well equipped kitchen/dining room combination provides the ideal space where you can relax or entertain. .

The master suite features a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The second bedroom contains a queen bed and a built in wardrobe. The third bedroom / library contains a double size sofa bed. Taking us to the additional games room.. a rustic, yet cosy space equipped with a double bed, TV and full built-in wardrobe, this space offers both a private sleeping arrangement for kids, the in-laws or another couple, as well as the perfect gaming den.
The cottage boasts combining modern interior design flair with period warmth and character. This personality filled home includes a gorgeous chef's kitchen, luxurious bathrooms, multiple living spaces indoor and out, and two full bedrooms.
Indoor/outdoor living is a defining feature with the contemporary kitchen and spacious open plan living and dining area stretching out to the alfresco, and beautifully landscaped gardens. Serviced by the main bathroom you will find the double bedroom, while the master bedroom offers sanctuary status with its generous proportions and chic ensuite. A single car-port, BBQ Grill and additional laundry solutions add to the functionality of the home.
A stones throw away, local cafés, restaurants, pubs, breweries, eclectic boutiques, second hand stores and convenience stores can be found. It’s a short walk to Beaumont Street and Honeysuckle precinct which are nearby staples of Newcastle's food and night life scene. A short drive, train/ bus or bike ride will get you to the CBD and the beautiful Newcastle beaches.

Check in is available from 3pm, with check out at the standard 10am.
We offer the flexible option of self-check-in and ease of communication to ensure the process is as simple as can be.

There is space for a single car in the driveway, as well as on street parking.
Rules for the fur babies
We know you want to bring your furry family members along with you and are delighted for you to do this. However, we do ask that they are cleaned up after as they would be at home. If your pet goes to the toilet please bag and place in the outside red bin. We provide cleaning products for messes but please do not use bath or kitchen towels for this purpose. If these rules are not adhered to, there will be an extra cleaning charge.
Extra Guests/Sofa Beds
Please let us know if you intend to have extra guests sleeping on the sofa bed so that we can ensure there is linen available!
Early Check-In & Late Check-Outs
We understand how holidays, work trips and family or friend get togethers work and how travel can be tricky. We are happy to attempt to accommodate requests for early check ins and late check outs but, it is all about communication, so please advise in your booking request if you would like us to consider this. If we have not discussed early arrival or the possibility of you checking out late we will proceed with business as usual…which includes our cleaners arriving bright and early.
No Parties/Events
We want you to enjoy your stay but we also respect our neighbours and wish to keep noise to a minimum. Please ensure normal quiet hours are followed, between 10pm - 7am
Please note: The dishwasher is in the process of being repaired, and is currently not operational. We ask that guests do not use this throughout their stay with us. Thank you.
