- PARKING: One (1) complimentary parking spot per unit. No assigned spots.
- PETS: Pets are allowed on this property. A non-refundable fee of $300 per pet per stay applies.
- DEPOSIT: Please note that a refundable pre-authorization in the amount of $300 will be collected upon check-in which shall be fully returned upon check-out unless there is significant damage to the unit.
- ID CHECK: Per the rules of this community, we will request you submit your Government-issued Photo ID at the time of your check-in via our check-in form. You'll have to also agree to our terms of service.
-MAIL/PACKAGES: Guests are not able to receive packages or mail directly to the building. Please locate local parcel access points for packages or PO Box for mail at the local post office.
