From here, you can effortlessly access the expansive backyard, where children can delight in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities while parents unwind upstairs. Each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans, ensuring a cool and comfortable night’s sleep. This level also offers a convenient bathroom and a laundry area, completing the functional design.

Located in the charming neighbourhood of McCracken, our home is just minutes away from the vibrant beach and the bustling main street of Victor Harbor. Victor Harbor is also famed for being a sanctuary for Southern Right Whales, which grace our shores during winter as they care for their young calves. PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there are any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $250 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
