This stylish, centrally located 2-bedroom apartment with city views features a spacious main bedroom with a queen bed, a cozy bathroom, and a second bedroom also with a queen bed. The living area includes a comfortable 3-seater sofa bed that converts to a double, along with a well equipped kitchen and dining space. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided, and there’s a laundry area with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board for added convenience.

This fully-furnished 55sqm apartment includes:

Immensely convenient surroundings. We're situated on A'Beckett St right opposite RMIT and only a 3min walk to Melbourne Central station and a 5-10 min walk to Queen Victoria Market.

You're only a short stroll away from QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, Swanston St and more.

Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area.

Getting Around:
Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.

If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop next to us at the corner of Swanston & A'Beckett St.

Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.

No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on A'Beckett or Elizabeth St if you would like to head out of the city.

If you plan to take a train, the Melbourne Central railway station is just a 3min walk away from us.

If you drive, we have secured 1 FREE parking for you.

Other Things to Note:
This apartment is fully private; no sharing with other guests.

Self check-in instructions will be provided by a representative. Key collection is at a nearby location.

The space comfortably sleeps 4 but can accommodate up to 6 guests. An additional charge of AU$14 per person per night applies for the 5th and 6th guests.

The 5th and 6th guests will sleep on the 3-seater sofa bed, which folds out to a double. Bedding includes extra quilts, pillows, sheets, and covers.

The 3-seater sofa bed measurements:
• Width: 200 cm, Depth: 85 cm, Height: 80 cm
• Seat depth: 70 cm, Seat height: 45 cm
• Bed width: 140 cm, Bed length: 200 cm

Let us know in advance if you'd like the sofa bed to be pre-made for your arrival.

Interaction with Guests:
I only interact with guests via AirBnb, What'sApp, Email, SMS or Mobile when necessary. Rest assured, my response time is pretty much instant.

I will not be present at this property during your stay.

A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.

The apartment unit will be vacant (Furnished of course along with the amenities) and it's a private self-contained fully serviced unit ALL TO YOURSELF. You WON'T be sharing it with any strangers during your stay.

If your preferred dates are available, please feel free to book 'em. If the dates that you're after are blocked, they are most likely taken.

"EASY-TO-FOLLOW" directions to access the apartment unit will be provided once your booking is made.

Property was fine. Views and location were great.Communication with check in was appalling.Spend 2.5 hours communicating on how to get into the place.Beds were very hard.
