This ideal vacation property is located in the quiet Silver Creek area of Park City and just minutes from the Park City and Deer Valley Resorts. This property features an attached private 2 car garage to keep your vehicles out of the snow. This fully furnished, turn-key property includes a washer and dryer, a complete kitchen with all essential appliances including a coffee maker, a gas fireplace, central heating, and A/C for the summer months. The master bedroom features a queen bed with an attached bathroom with an over-sized shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, ample closet space, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. the bedroom on the main level features a queen bed, flat screen TV and an attached bathroom with a walk in shower. The living room features a gas fireplace, a flat screen smart TV, and a large sectional sofa. The dining room comfortably seats 8 people and the kitchen counter has an additional 4 seats at the counter. This property boasts beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and is close to the Kimball Junction shopping and restaurant center. It is a short drive to Main Street and Old Town as well as the base of Park City Mountain Resort.
