This 3-bedroom brickhouse is located in such an enviable location – Alfredton, only a short drive to the serene Lake Wendouree, local primary and secondary schools, Ballarat CBD and the Lucas Shopping Centre. This accommodation offers three spacious bedrooms all with built in robes and a central bathroom with another separate toilet for convenience. You will have a large family play area at the back, and a private parking spot at the house front. which makes it an ideal family home for you.
The Space:
This accommodation offers three spacious bedrooms all with built in robes, in which you will find a queen, double, and single sized bed respectively, and a central bathroom with another separate toilet for convenience. The open plan kitchen, dining area is perfect for entertaining as it flows to the outdoor entertaining area. The kitchen has a good sized cooktop, electric oven and dishwasher. Other features include the air-conditioning and heating in two of the bedrooms and the loungeroom, separate laundry, large family play area at the back, and your own private parking spot at the front.
Guest Access:
You will have your own private parking entrance at the front, and ample parking off-street parking spaces as well.
Please note that the under covered garage is temporarily out of use, until further notice is given.
