This is one of the top location just for students! HUGE, spacious and serene living room for a student. Its close with curtains not with door but you have your privacy and you are alone there! Nobody pass by your living room! You are mandatory to clean every space after use it. No cleaning fees charged but if you are not cleaning every time it is a charge of 100CAD$ by week for cleaning lady!!! Very clean, spacious and very good location. One of the BEST location in Montreal! Bus in front of the building, metro station in 3 minutes by bus or 10 minutes walk! Very Hight class people around! The Best you can have! All are around! Food stores, restos, banks and more...Our appartement is in Monkland village. The appartement is with shared bathroom-with shower- and shared kitchen, few steps to the bus station to subway station, food store, pharmacy, restaurants, banks etc. All is around this place. Please respect all neighbors and be quiet, you are few steps to all amenities. You have also free or paid parking. I can help with fast Internet. All guests need to register with any identification when they arrive. Minimum stay 32 nights. You can come just yourself to live in my shared appartement. Other people are not allowed! I am allergic to animals, cigarettes or any other vape substances- so all are strictly forbidden!!! This room is not recommended for kids because this place is just for students. Please clean the space after you use it. No shoes inside! You have to wear clothes on top and bottom when you are outside of your room! Cooking is fine - but please avoid any FRIED meals with rich spices or other foods that leave long lasting odors (bacon, fish etc. and other fried foods- we have allergies at!!! ) in respect to us, our insurance and other guests.
