The Space:
Serenity meets thoughtful design in this architecturally stunning retreat, perfectly positioned above Baroon Pocket Dam. As you step inside, handcrafted stonework, French oak floors, and Turkish travertine tiles set an elegant tone for a truly memorable stay.
At the heart of the home, the open-plan dining and lounge area is framed by sweeping hinterland views. A cosy fireplace anchors the space, creating an inviting setting for relaxation. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open out onto an expansive entertaining deck set for alfresco dining, while the other side connects to a peaceful courtyard for relaxed conversation. Fully ducted air conditioning throughout the home ensures year-round comfort. Adjacent to the lounge, the formal indoor dining area offers a refined space for shared meals and special occasions, seating guests comfortably while enjoying views across the deck. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with a heritage Esse oven, espresso machine, granite and timber benchtops, and a spacious butler’s pantry. All the essentials—from tea and coffee to oils and seasonings—are provided for your convenience.
A peaceful library and a media room provide additional spots for work or a quiet retreat. Downstairs, the game room offers the ultimate entertainment experience—complete with a bar, pool table and direct access to a sun-soaked terrace with BBQ, Mediterranean-style gazebo, and heated spa. The 18-metre infinity pool completes the picture, overlooking the spectacular Baroon Pocket Dam.
The three bedrooms comfortably accommodate six guests with central cooling. Two additional queen-sized sofa beds are available upon request for an extra cost—one in the library and another in the downstairs game room.
