Nice large place, great view, elevator

An overall great place, would stay again. Did not know about a safety switch that controls the hot water. Other than that a great stay.

New Years Eve Stay

Condo was in the perfect spot for what we needed. Restaurant and Southern Empress. It served its purpose well and the unit was very clean but it does need a little updating. All in all we had a great night and a decent place to stay.

Missing smoke detector

Friday night, music from the nearby restaurant was heard late at night. Not too bothersome. Saturday watched the paddle boat come in from its dinner departure which was fun. Small bedroom missing its smoke detector and sliding back door didn’t lock. Which left me feeling a little uncomfortable. Carpet in bedroom could use a deep cleaning. Hot water didn’t last long for two women and one child to shower. My shower got cold. Overall, it offered room to spread out. And views of the lake, which is why I opted for this rental.

The drive across the parking lot to the Condo is treacherous. Location and water view is everything!

The host was great to communicate and gave us easy information for arrival check in! The primary room was massive and could even add an air mattress next to it. Primary also has their own sink bar and mini fridge. Having two restrooms is a must for me and it was nice to have 2 full baths. Patio overlooks to a lighthouse across water and it was nice to wake up to. My family loves to fish so the boat ramp right below came in handy as well. I would stay here again hopefully soon…

Momma’s Getaway weekend

Beautiful view and great location. Walking next door for food and drinks was wonderful. You can go out or just stay there in your pajamas on the back deck!

Relaxing water front location

My friend had a two night stay. This is a clean well appointed lake front condo. It is a convenient location with a restaurant and bar just steps away. This location was perfect for this trip.

Enjoyed our stat

We enjoyed our stay, we went to the grill our first night there and enjoyed the evening sitting outside by the lake, the pool was nice and clean. We would stay there again

One night write-fest

Was a great place for my wife and I to sit comfortably, enjoy a spectacular view of the sunset over Lake Conroe and work on the draft for our novel.

Very nice

The outside of the building was not brand new and maybe needed a little maintenance, but inside the unit was very nice. Neighborhood was nice, quiet, felt safe. Would definitely stay again! We did run out of hot water for the six of us to shower, but it wasn’t a big deal! We had a great time!

Relaxing time at Lake Conroe

Great get away

We had a great stay in this condo. It was clean and well stocked with the essentials. We loved the view from the balcony. The sunstes were beautiful. The cute restaurant next door was perfect for a relaxing meal on the patio. We will come back again!

Perfect Lake Getaway!

Great location on Lake Conroe with Lakeview. Next to the Southern Enpress Dinner Cruise, which was amazing as well! Very clean, easy to communicate with host.Will definitely be coming back!
