Great apartment and perfect location!

Stayed with family members and the apartment and location worked out perfectly. It was large enough that everyone had their own space when they wanted, yet comfortable and spacious family room/ parlor area where everyone could relax together at the end of the day. The location is walkable to many tourist areas, restaurants and shopping. We loved Brasserie Flottes directly across the street that we ended up eating there three times during our four day stay. Julien accommodated us with an early check in on our arrival day which helped us avoid getting day rooms for only a few hours after we landed from a long flight. Thank You! If you want to feel like you are living in Paris for a few days instead of just visiting it, this is the place for you.

Perfect Location & Plenty of Room

Location could not be better, center of all the main sights and across the street from the Metro. We were allowed to check in several hours prior to standard time which was a huge blessing after traveling overnight from the US. The apartment is spacious and served us perfectly for two adult couples and our teen son-17. A few things were quite odd but didn’t derail the trip. Master bedroom bath is only a bath with handheld shower, no actual stand up shower in the main bath. We booked three en suites due to wanting everyone to have their own space and we were very disappointed that we couldn’t even take a real, stand up shower in the main bath. The second issue was that the housekeeper has an apartment adjacent/connected to the main apartment, with direct access into our space and no ability for us to lock her door from our side. Security wise, this felt very odd and unusual. The dryer went out while we were there and we received no reply when asking for assistance. The elevator was inoperable for the last three days, meaning we had to haul our very heavy luggage down 3/4 stories. Additionally, our daughter is 6 months pregnant so the three days of stairs were a challenge. Finally, we were made aware upon checkin that one sink in one of the en suite baths was broken and would be replaced while we were there. It was never replaced. Overall, the apartment was the perfect size and location for our group but would not stay again given the issues outlined for the high price we paid.

The American Family Experience

The location was perfect and neighborhood had everything one could hope for or need. Beds were very comfortable and rooms spacious, bathrooms excellent. Property light and bright and very indicative of the Parisian experience and romance. For all visitors and especially Americans, the level of maintenance needed to be addressed. Several items not properly working or operation not easy to determine. Some general shabbiness and deterioration of furnishings and draperies that need upkeep or replacement. Piano in desperate need of tuning, a great disappoint for our family pianist. No personal size toiletries provided. Lack of enough towels or schedule of replacement for longer term stays, extra blankets or living room soft goods for cold evenings nonexistent. Overall communication with management company good but they oversee from a distance. No onsite contact except for subcontracted housekeeping. We are frequent travelers with many luxury experiences. With some minor adjustments this property would rate our five star opinion.

Amazing location, wonderful apartment!

The location of this apartment could not have been better! You can see so many sights from the balcony. We were able to walk to many places and enjoyed wandering through the garden, and there is also a metro stop directly across the street. Everything was exceptionally convenient. The apartment itself was lovely, we were all very comfortable and the large amount of space was very nice. There were AC controls throughout. We enjoyed breakfast several mornings from the restaurant immediately outside the front door. So happy we found this amazing place to stay during our trip! We couldn’t have been happier to stay here.

Beautiful apartment in central location!

Centrally located, spacious and well equipped. The apartment was wonderful for my family of 5. Well Equip pied with a large projector tv, games and washer and dryer. The views are spectacular- even a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower. Shopping close by! Would Stay again! Highly recommend!

Location, beauty, space, class! This home is exquisite.

Stayed at Appartament Rivoli and had an epic experience with my family. Rivoli is THE location in the 1st arrondisment for all the sights. 3br with 4ba was perfect for me and my siblings. You can see the Louvre, Eiffel Tower and Sacre Cour from this well appointed apartment gem. Metro right across the street. Sauna was very relaxing, multiple living spaces, unique beautiful bedrooms with their own beautiful baths. We walked to try to find the best coffee, chocolate, wine and food, but the cafe right downstairs is perfect! And Sabrina is who works there is funny and sweet! The movie screen was easy to use and connect to for the one rainy night we wanted to chill. Julien the property host was courteous and super prompt. If you want an amazing home base to vacation in Paris, it doesn’t get better than Appartment Rivoli!

Luxurious apartment superbly located

My family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful luxury apartment. Could not be more centrally located; walking distance to the major museums and best shopping; and steps from a hub metro station. The apartment looks out over the public garden, with pleasing views. Comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, and very large and impressive living room. The host provided excellent information, helping to make for a seamless visit. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay in Appartment Rivoli

A very large apartment in a great location across from the Louve and the Concorde Metro stop. Close to all the Museums and great restaurants in the area. (Le Souffle is incredible). Highly recommended for a family or group who wants a big space to spread out and is close to all the sights. Thanks for the opportunity to stay in this unique apartment.

Wonderful apartment in heart of Paris

We had the opportunity of spending four nights in Apartment Rivoli in March of 2022. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and very well situated for exploring Paris. We hope we get the opportunity to travel to Paris again and stay at this wonderful apartment.
