Markham Place: Private Farm Fun!

Looking for a unique vacation? Look no further. This 2300 sq foot farm house is seated on 30+ acres with livestock, barn, pond/lake(stocked with fish and with a dock), trails, and a fully stocked kitchen (you bring the food!). The house was built in 1998 with all modern features like walk in shower, hardwood floors, and laundry facilities. Use this home as your own personal farm for vacation. Come meet mama the cow and your new best friend Charlie our horse.

The space
Three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, pullout couch queen, and an queen EZ Bed just plug it in 3 minutes its automatically inflates with 16 legs to give everyone a place to sleep its very comfortable .Also the whole inside has been freshly painted and the ground floor and master bedroom (new wood floor in the master .We love our Animals let us know if you have them Dogs and Cats welcome 50.00 pet fee per pet. upstairs has carpet no pets allowed .

Kitchen stocked with spices, pans, utensils, and everything you could need to cook any kind of meal; pond for fishing with rods and tackle; cows and a horse for petting with sugar cubes and treats provided; laundry room with detergent; linens, towels, and soaps provided; custom built playhouse in view of the house; trails through the woods; and even a dinner bell to call the family in for a meal.

Other things to note
We have INTERNET and Cell service is pretty good (we use wi-fi calling inside the house-Metal Roof) we also have a phone hardwired you can use.
Open all the drapes pull all the shades up and enjoy the fresh air !!! we open the windows upstairs it’s awesome!!
When you get up in the morning pull down the shades the windows and it won’t be hot Upstairs !!
